"Find me cards equivalent to: Legerdemain"

Equivalent cards to Legerdemain (blue, sorcery, exchange control):
1. Exchange of Words – Blue sorcery, exchanges text boxes between two creatures.
2. Switcheroo – Blue sorcery, exchange control of two target creatures.
3. Juxtapose – Blue sorcery, exchange control of one artifact you control and one target artifact an opponent controls, or creatures with power 3 or less.
4. Legerdemain – The searched-for card.

Reason: All are blue sorceries that exchange control of permanents. None have the exact flexibility of Legerdemain, but Switcheroo is closest for creatures; Juxtapose for artifact/creature.

    Rules

  • Exchanging two creatures’ text boxes means that each one loses its rules text and replaces it with the rules text the other one had. In Un- games, this also means the text boxes themselves are exchanged, including the flavor text and watermarks in those text boxes. In both cases, this is a text-changing effect.
  • If Exchange of Words has lost its own abilities (or perhaps its text box), the effect will still only end once it is no longer on the battlefield.
  • If Exchange of Words leaves the battlefield before its enters-the-battlefield ability resolves, the text boxes are never exchanged. Neither creature is ever affected. The same is true if either of the two creatures becomes an illegal target before the enters-the-battlefield ability resolved.
  • Notably, ability stickers (and other granted abilities) aren’t part of the rules text that get exchanged. Any ability stickers on either of the two permanents continue to apply to the permanent they are on.
  • Once the exchange has happened, either of the two creatures leaving the battlefield has no effect on the other creature’s text box. The exchange will only end once Exchange of Words is no longer on the battlefield. Similarly, further changes to either creature’s text box won’t change the other’s text box.

    Rules

  • First creatures are exchanged, then artifacts are exchanged. It's possible that the same artifact creature may be involved in both exchanges.
  • If one of the players doesn't control a creature at the time the exchange would be made, that part of the effect does nothing, but the exchange of artifacts will still happen. Similarly, if one of the players doesn't control an artifact at the time the exchange would be made, that part of the effect does nothing.
  • No permanents are targeted by this effect, so permanents with Shroud may be exchanged this way.

You and target player exchange control of the creature you each control with the greatest mana value. Then exchange control of artifacts the same way. If two or more permanents a player controls are tied for greatest, their controller chooses one of them.
