"Find me cards equivalent to: March of Progress"

Equivalent cards (Blue, Sorcery, copies artifact creatures, or similar):
1. March of Progress (your original card)
2. Cackling Counterpart — Copies a creature you control, but instant and only one target.
3. Quasiduplicate — Sorcery, copies a creature you control.
4. Echoing Equation — Sorcery, all creatures you control become a copy of a target creature.
5. Saheeli's Artistry — Sorcery, can copy an artifact or creature, but not both as tokens.

Reason: All listed are blue, sorceries (except Cackling Counterpart), and can copy artifact creatures or similar. However, none but March of Progress specifically scale with all your artifact creatures via Overload.

    Flashback

    Rules

  • "Flashback [cost]" means "You may cast this card from your graveyard by paying [cost] rather than paying its mana cost" and "If the flashback cost was paid, exile this card instead of putting it anywhere else any time it would leave the stack."
  • A spell cast using flashback will always be exiled afterward, whether it resolves, is countered, or leaves the stack in some other way.
  • If a card with flashback is put into your graveyard during your turn, you can cast it if it's legal to do so before any other player can take any actions.
  • To determine the total cost of a spell, start with the mana cost or alternative cost (such as a flashback cost) you're paying, add any cost increases, then apply any cost reductions. The mana value of the spell is determined only by its mana cost, no matter what the total cost to cast the spell was.
  • You can cast a spell using flashback even if it was somehow put into your graveyard without having been cast.
  • You must still follow any timing restrictions and permissions, including those based on the card's type. For instance, you can cast a sorcery using flashback only when you could normally cast a sorcery.
  • Any “enters” triggered ability of the copied creature will trigger when the token enters the battlefield. Any “as [this creature] enters” or “[this creature] enters with” abilities of the chosen creature will also work.
  • If the copied creature has {X} in its mana cost, X is considered to be 0.
  • If the copied creature is a token, the token that’s created copies the original characteristics of that token as stated by the effect that created the token.
  • If the copied creature is copying something else, then the token enters the battlefield as whatever that creature copied.
  • The token copies exactly what was printed on the original creature and nothing else (unless that creature is copying something else or is a token; see below). It doesn’t copy whether that creature is tapped or untapped, whether it has any counters on it or Auras and Equipment attached to it, or any non-copy effects that have changed its power, toughness, types, color, or so on.

    Overload

    Rules

  • Any enters-the-battlefield abilities of the copied artifact creature will trigger when the token enters the battlefield. Any “as [this creature] enters the battlefield” or “[this creature] enters the battlefield with” abilities of the chosen creature will also work.
  • Because a spell with overload doesn’t target when its overload cost is paid, it may affect permanents with hexproof or with protection from the appropriate color.
  • Casting a spell with overload doesn’t change that spell’s mana cost. You just pay the overload cost instead.
  • Each token copies exactly what was printed on the original artifact creature and nothing more (unless that creature is copying something else or is a token; see below. It doesn’t copy whether that creature is tapped or untapped, whether it has any counters on it or Auras attached to it, or any non-copy effects that have changed its power, toughness, types, color, and so on.
  • Effects that cause you to pay more or less for a spell will cause you to pay that much more or less while casting it for its overload cost, too.
  • If the chosen artifact creature is copying something else, then the token enters the battlefield as whatever the chosen creature is copying.
  • If the chosen artifact creature is itself a token, the token March of Progress creates copies the original characteristics of that token as stated by the effect that created that token.
  • If the copied artifact creature has {X} in its mana cost, X is 0.
  • If you are instructed to cast a spell with overload “without paying its mana cost,” you can’t choose to pay its overload cost instead.
  • If you don’t pay the overload cost of a spell, that spell will have a single target. If you pay the overload cost, the spell won’t have any targets.
  • Overload doesn’t change when you can cast the spell.

  • If an effect allows you to pay an alternative cost rather than a spell's mana cost, you may pay that alternative cost when you jump-start a spell. You'll still discard a card as an additional cost to cast it.
  • If the copied creature has {X} in its mana cost, X is 0.

    Rules

  • Any abilities that trigger during the resolution of Saheeli's Artistry will wait to be put onto the stack until Saheeli's Artistry finishes resolving. An ability that triggers on the first token entering the battlefield may target the second token and vice versa.
  • Any enters-the-battlefield abilities of the copied permanent will trigger when the token enters the battlefield. Any “as [this permanent] enters the battlefield” or “[this permanent] enters the battlefield with” abilities of the chosen permanent will also work.
  • If the copied permanent has {X} in its mana cost, X is considered to be 0.
  • If the copied permanent is a token, the token created with Saheeli's Artistry copies the original characteristics of that token as stated by the effect that that created that token.
  • If the copied permanent is copying something else (for example, if the copied permanent is an Altered Ego), then the token enters the battlefield as whatever that permanent copied.
  • If you choose both modes, the tokens enter one at a time. Thus, if the token created by the second mode has an ability that triggers “whenever an artifact enters the battlefield,” the token created by the first mode will already be on the battlefield and won't cause that ability to trigger.
  • If you choose both modes, you may target a single artifact creature twice and get two copies of that artifact creature.
  • If you chose the second mode, the token is an artifact in addition to its other types. This is a copiable value of the token that other effects may copy.
  • The token copies exactly what was printed on the original permanent and nothing else (unless that permanent is copying something else or is a token; see below). It doesn't copy whether that permanent is tapped or untapped, whether it has any counters on it or Auras and Equipment attached to it, or any non-copy effects that have changed its power, toughness, types, color, or so on.
