"Find me cards equivalent to: Resonance Technician"

Equivalent cards in colors Red and Blue (R, U) with similar mechanics (artifact synergy, copying spells, investigation, etc.):
1. Resonance Technician (your original request)
2. Saheeli's Artistry — Can copy an artifact and a creature, fits artifact theme.
3. Galvanic Iteration — Copies instant or sorcery spells.
4. Alchemist's Gambit — Uses the investigate mechanic (sort of, via different clue mechanics).
5. Jace's Apprentice — Blue, investigates on spell trigger (not perfect).
6. Whirler Rogue — Generates artifact tokens (synergy with tapping artifacts).
7. Izzet Chemister — Exiles and copies instants/sorceries.

Reason:
There are no exact equivalents, but these cards share artifact synergy, spell copying, or investigation within R/U.

    Cleave

    Rules

  • A cleave cost is an alternative cost that's paid instead of the spell's mana cost. Casting a spell for its cleave cost doesn't change the spell's mana value.
  • Exiling Alchemist's Gambit happens as part of its resolution. If the spell is countered, it will go to the graveyard as normal.
  • If an effect allows you to “cast a spell without paying its mana cost,” you can't cast that spell for its cleave cost.
  • If multiple “extra turn” effects resolve in the same turn, the most recently created turn will be taken first.
  • If you cast a spell for its cleave cost, that spell doesn't have any of the text in square brackets while it's on the stack.
  • If you somehow skip the extra turn Alchemist's Gambit gives you or skip that turn's end step, the delayed triggered ability never triggers. (If you cast Alchemist's Gambit by paying its cleave cost, the delayed triggered ability is never created at all.)
  • You can't cast a spell for both its cleave cost and another alternative cost. For example, if an effect gives an Alchemist's Retrieval in your graveyard a flashback cost of {U}, you can't cast it from your graveyard for its cleave cost.

Cleave (You may cast this spell for its cleave cost. If you do, remove the words in square brackets.) Take an extra turn after this one. During that turn, damage can't be prevented. [At the beginning of that turn's end step, you lose the game.] Exile Alchemist's Gambit.

    Flashback

    Rules

  • "Flashback [cost]" means "You may cast this card from your graveyard by paying [cost] rather than paying its mana cost" and "If the flashback cost was paid, exile this card instead of putting it anywhere else any time it would leave the stack."
  • A spell cast using flashback will always be exiled afterward, whether it resolves, is countered, or leaves the stack in some other way.
  • If a card with flashback is put into your graveyard during your turn, you can cast it if it's legal to do so before any other player can take any actions.
  • To determine the total cost of a spell, start with the mana cost or alternative cost (such as a flashback cost) you're paying, add any cost increases, then apply any cost reductions. The mana value of the spell is determined only by its mana cost, no matter what the total cost to cast the spell was.
  • You can cast a spell using flashback even if it was somehow put into your graveyard without having been cast.
  • You must still follow any timing restrictions and permissions, including those based on the card's type. For instance, you can cast a sorcery using flashback only when you could normally cast a sorcery.
  • A copy is created even if the spell that caused Galvanic Iteration's ability to trigger has been countered by the time that ability resolves. The copy resolves before the original spell.
  • Galvanic Iteration's ability will copy any instant or sorcery spell, not just one with targets.
  • If the spell that's copied has an X whose value was determined as it was cast, the copy has the same value of X.
  • If the spell that's copied is modal (that is, it says "Choose one —" or the like), the copy will have the same mode or modes. You can't choose different ones.
  • If you resolve one Galvanic Iteration after another (or cast the same one with flashback), the second Galvanic Iteration will be copied. That copy and spell each resolve, creating two delayed triggered abilities. The next spell you cast after that will be copied twice. If that spell is also a Galvanic Iteration, the following spell will be copied three times, and so on.
  • The copy that Galvanic Iteration's ability creates is created on the stack, so it's not "cast." Abilities that trigger when a player casts a spell won't trigger.
  • The copy will have the same targets as the spell it's copying unless you choose new ones. You may change any number of the targets, including all of them or none of them. The new targets must be legal.
  • You can't choose to pay any additional costs for the copy. However, effects based on any additional costs that were paid for the original spell are copied as though those same costs were paid for the copy too.

    Haste

    Rules

  • Any of the cards you don't cast will remain exiled.
  • If the card has {X} in its mana cost, you must choose 0 as the value of X when casting it without paying its mana cost.
  • If you cast a card "without paying its mana cost," you can't pay any alternative costs. You can, however, pay additional costs. If the card has any mandatory additional costs, such as that of Tormenting Voice, those must be paid to cast the card.
  • The last ability of Izzet Chemister only lets you cast cards exiled by that card. If Izzet Chemister leaves the battlefield before you activate that ability, the exiled cards are lost forever.
  • You cast the exiled cards one at a time in any order. Later spells can target ones you cast earlier. None of the spells resolve until after you're done casting them all.
  • You must cast any of the exiled cards you wish to cast while Izzet Chemister's last ability is resolving. You can't cast them later in the turn. A sorcery cast this way will be cast at a time you normally wouldn't be able to.

    Abilities/Keywords

    Flying Investigate

    Rules

  • Any choices made when the spell resolves won't have been made yet when it's copied. Any such choices will be made separately when the copy resolves.
  • Clue is an artifact type. Even though it appears on some cards with other permanent types, it's never a creature type, a land type, or anything but an artifact type.
  • If a spell or ability has damage divided, the division can't be changed, although the targets receiving that damage still can. The same is true of spells and abilities that distribute counters.
  • If an effect refers to a Clue, it means any Clue artifact, not just a Clue artifact token. For example, you can sacrifice Wrench to pay for Alquist Proft, Master Sleuth's activated ability.
  • If the spell that's copied has an X whose value was determined as it was cast, the copy has the same value of X.
  • If the spell that's copied is modal (that is, it says "Choose one —" or the like), the copy will have the same mode. A different mode can't be chosen.
  • Some abilities trigger "whenever you sacrifice a Clue". Those abilities trigger whenever you sacrifice a Clue for any reason, not just to activate a Clue's activated ability.
  • Some spells and abilities that investigate may require targets. If each target chosen is an illegal target as that spell or ability tries to resolve, it won't resolve. You won't create any Clue tokens.
  • The copy is created on the stack, so it's not "cast." Creating the copy won't cause abilities that trigger when a player casts a spell to trigger.
  • The copy will have the same targets as the spell it's copying unless you choose new ones. You may change any number of the targets, including all of them or none of them. If, for one of the targets, you can't choose a new legal target, then it remains unchanged (even if the current target is illegal).
  • You can't choose to pay any additional costs for a copied spell. However, effects based on any additional costs that were paid for the original spell are copied as though those same costs were paid for the copy too.
  • You can't sacrifice a Clue to pay multiple costs. For example, you can't sacrifice a Clue token to activate its own ability and also to activate Alquist Proft, Master Sleuth's ability.

    Rules

  • Any abilities that trigger during the resolution of Saheeli's Artistry will wait to be put onto the stack until Saheeli's Artistry finishes resolving. An ability that triggers on the first token entering the battlefield may target the second token and vice versa.
  • Any enters-the-battlefield abilities of the copied permanent will trigger when the token enters the battlefield. Any “as [this permanent] enters the battlefield” or “[this permanent] enters the battlefield with” abilities of the chosen permanent will also work.
  • If the copied permanent has {X} in its mana cost, X is considered to be 0.
  • If the copied permanent is a token, the token created with Saheeli's Artistry copies the original characteristics of that token as stated by the effect that that created that token.
  • If the copied permanent is copying something else (for example, if the copied permanent is an Altered Ego), then the token enters the battlefield as whatever that permanent copied.
  • If you choose both modes, the tokens enter one at a time. Thus, if the token created by the second mode has an ability that triggers “whenever an artifact enters the battlefield,” the token created by the first mode will already be on the battlefield and won't cause that ability to trigger.
  • If you choose both modes, you may target a single artifact creature twice and get two copies of that artifact creature.
  • If you chose the second mode, the token is an artifact in addition to its other types. This is a copiable value of the token that other effects may copy.
  • The token copies exactly what was printed on the original permanent and nothing else (unless that permanent is copying something else or is a token; see below). It doesn't copy whether that permanent is tapped or untapped, whether it has any counters on it or Auras and Equipment attached to it, or any non-copy effects that have changed its power, toughness, types, color, or so on.
