"Find me cards equivalent to: Safana, Calimport Cutthroat"

Equivalent cards to Safana, Calimport Cutthroat in black that also care about Treasures or similar end step triggers and have Rogue or similar synergy:
1. Zara Renegade Recruiter (not mono-black, but a legendary rogue with end step triggers)
2. Revel in Riches (not a creature, but black, creates and cares about Treasures)
3. Prosper, Tome-Bound (black-red, but cares about Treasures and end step triggers)
4. Fain, the Broker (mono-black, legendary, creates Treasures)
5. Gonti, Lord of Luxury (black, legendary creature — Aetherborn Rogue, though cares about exile)

Closest mono-black legendary rogue with Treasure synergy is Fain, the Broker. No exact mono-black legendary rogue does all of what Safana, Calimport Cutthroat does—she’s quite unique.

Reason:

  • Match on color and treasure interaction prioritized, then legendary and rogue typing. No card matches every attribute exactly, but Fain, the Broker is the closest in black.

  • An effect that instructs you to "cast" a card doesn't allow you to play lands.
  • Casting the card causes it to leave exile. You can't cast it multiple times.
  • Gonti doesn't change when you can cast the exiled card. For example, if you exile a creature card without flash, you can cast it only during your main phase when the stack is empty.
  • If you leave the game, the card remains exiled face down indefinitely. No player may look at it.
  • You may look at and cast that card (and spend mana as though it were mana of any type to do so) even if Gonti leaves the battlefield. If another player gains control of Gonti, that player can't look at or cast the card, and you still can.
  • You pay the costs for the exiled card if you cast it. You may pay alternative costs such as emerge rather than the card's mana cost.
  • The six types of mana are white, blue, black, red, green, and colorless. Snow mana is not a type of mana. Gonti, Lord of Luxury won't let you pay a snow cost using mana produced by a nonsnow source.

Deathtouch When Gonti enters, look at the top four cards of target opponent's library, exile one of them face down, then put the rest on the bottom of that library in a random order. You may cast that card for as long as it remains exiled, and mana of any type can be spent to cast that spell.

    Rules

  • An effect that checks whether you control your commander is satisfied if you control one or both of your two commanders.
  • Both commanders start in the command zone, and the remaining 98 cards (or 58 cards in a Commander Draft game) of your deck are shuffled to become your library.
  • Choose a Background is a variant of the partner ability. You may have two commanders if one of them is a legendary creature with the choose a background ability and the other is a legendary Background enchantment. Backgrounds and cards with choose a Background do not interact with cards which have any other partner ability.
  • If a card refers to a commander creature you own, a Background won't usually be counted or included for that effect. If another spell or ability causes your Background to become a creature, however, it will be included. Any effect that refers to your commander or a commander you own or control without specifying creature will apply to a Background that is your commander, as appropriate.
  • If something refers to your commander while you have two commanders, it refers to one of them of your choice. If you are instructed to perform an action on your commander (e.g. put it from the command zone into your hand due to Command Beacon), you choose one of your commanders at the time the effect happens.
  • If you control a Background that grants an ability to commander creatures you own, and you own more than one commander creature, each of them will have that ability.
  • If your Commander deck has two commanders, you can include only cards whose own color identities are also found in your commanders’ combined color identities.
  • If your commander loses the choose a Background ability or stops being a Background during the game, as appropriate, it is still your commander.
  • Once the game begins, your two commanders are tracked separately. If you cast one, you won’t have to pay an additional {2} the first time you cast the other. A player loses the game after having been dealt 21 combat damage from any one of them, not from both of them combined (although your Background won’t usually be a creature anyway).
  • Safana's second ability triggers only if you have the initiative as your end step begins. If the ability does trigger, it will check if you have the initiative again as it tries to resolve. If you don't still have the initiative at that time, the ability won't resolve and none of its effects will happen. Notably, if you don't have the initiative as your end step begins but you have completed a dungeon, the ability won't trigger and you won't create any Treasures.
  • You can choose two commanders that are the same color or colors.
