Equivalent cards (all blue, focused on drawing and/or discarding/cards with kicker):
- “Sphinx of Lost Truths”
- “Compulsive Research” (draw three, discard two unless you discard a land, same effect in sorcery)
- “Sea Gate Oracle” (draw and selection on ETB, but not as powerful)
- “Thought Courier” (draw/discard every turn, slower effect)
- “Mulldrifter” (ETB draw two; has Evoke like Kicker)
- “Aminatou's Augury” (draw and play, but at sorcery speed, not exactly the same)
Closest: “Mulldrifter” (also blue, also flying, also has a kicker-like ability with Evoke, and draws cards on ETB)
