There are no emblems in Magic: The Gathering that let you search your library for any permanent and put it directly onto the battlefield at your end step.
Closest colorless cards or emblems with similar effects:
- “Tezzeret, Artifice Master Emblem” (original lets you draw cards based on artifacts)
- “Karn, the Great Creator Emblem” (does not exist; Karn doesn’t create emblems)
- “Tamiyo, Field Researcher Emblem” (in blue, allows drawing cards when a creature deals damage, not tutoring permanents)
