The new token created by Worldwaker Helm's last ability copies the original characteristics of the target token as stated by the effect that created the target token and nothing else (unless that token is copying something else; see below). It doesn't copy whether the target token is tapped or untapped, whether it has any counters on it or Auras and Equipment attached to it, or any non-copy effects that have changed its power, toughness, types, color, and so on.

Worldwaker Helm's first ability applies to all kinds of artifact tokens that its controller creates, not just Map tokens.

You don't need to control the spell or ability that creates the tokens, but you do have to be the one creating the tokens for Worldwaker Helm's first ability to apply.

When determining what colors of mana your opponents' lands could produce, take into account any applicable replacement effects that would apply to those lands' mana abilities (such as Contamination's effect, for example). If there is more than one, consider them in any possible order.

A mana ability is an ability that produces mana, not an ability that costs mana.

If a permanent spell is exchanged this way, its new controller will control the permanent it becomes.

Rules

Each token copies exactly what is printed on the original creature and nothing else (unless that creature is copying something else or is a token; see below). Friends perform their specified actions before foes. This means that a friend's action may cause a triggered ability of a foe's permanent to trigger before that foe's action causes that permanent to leave the battlefield.

If the copied creature is a token, the token that's created copies the original characteristics of that token as stated by the effect that created the token.

If the copied creature is copying something else (for example, if the copied creature is an Evil Twin), then the token enters the battlefield as whatever that creature copied.

Players can't take actions in between the time that friends perform their actions and the time that foes perform theirs. If any abilities trigger from friends performing actions, those triggers won't be put onto the stack until the foes perform their actions and the spell finishes resolving.

The designation of friend or foe is only relevant to the spell that asks you to choose. A player you call your friend doesn't become your teammate, and the next “friend or foe” spell you cast could name that player your foe.

When Zndrsplt's Judgment resolves and you choose friend or foe, first the next friend in turn order (or, if it's a friend's turn, that friend) chooses a creature they control, then each other friend in turn order does the same, then each of those players create a token at the same time. Friends will know choices made by earlier players when making their choices. Repeat this process for foes, who choose a creature one at a time and then return them all to their owners' hands at the same time.

You make this choice for yourself as well as each other player. In some rare cases, you may wish to call yourself (or your teammate in a Two-Headed Giant game) a foe. You can do that.

You may call a player a friend or a foe even if that player will be instructed to perform an impossible action. For example, for Regna's Sanction, a foe may control no untapped creatures.

After Commandeer resolves, you control the targeted spell. Any instance of "you" in that spell's text now refers to you, "an opponent" refers to one of your opponents, and so on. The change of control happens before new targets are chosen, so any targeting restrictions such as "target opponent" or "target creature you control" are now made in reference to you, not the spell's original controller. You may either change those targets to be legal in reference to you, or, if those are the spell's only targets, the spell doesn't resolve for having illegal targets. When the spell resolves, any illegal targets are unaffected by it and you make all decisions the spell's effect calls for.

If the targeted spell has a triggered ability that copies it (for example, replicate or storm), the copies will be controlled by the player who cast that spell.

If you don't have two cards of the right color in your hand, you can't choose to cast the spell using the alternative cost.

If you gain control of an instant or sorcery spell with Commandeer, it will still be put into its owner's graveyard when it resolves.

You can't exile a card from your hand to pay for itself. At the time you would pay costs, that card is on the stack, not in your hand.

You may change any of the targeted spell's targets. If you change a target, you must choose a legal target for the spell. If you can't, you must leave the target the same (even if that target is now illegal).

You may pay the alternative cost rather than the card's mana cost. Any additional costs are paid as normal.

If you Commandeer a spell for which buyback has been paid, the card returns to its owner's hand.

Because improvise isn't an alternative cost, it can be used in conjunction with alternative costs.

If an artifact you control has a mana ability with {T} in the cost, activating that ability while casting a spell with improvise will result in the artifact being tapped before you pay the spell's costs. You won't be able to tap it again for improvise. Similarly, if you sacrifice an artifact to activate a mana ability while casting a spell with improvise, that artifact won't be on the battlefield when you pay the spell's costs, so you won't be able to tap it for improvise.

Multiple instances of improvise are redundant.

When calculating a spell's total cost, include any alternative costs, additional costs, or anything else that increases or reduces the cost to cast the spell. Improvise applies after the total cost is calculated. Improvise doesn't change a spell's mana cost or mana value.

When using improvise to cast a spell with {X} in its cost, first choose the value for X. That choice, plus any cost increases or decreases, will determine the spell's total cost. Then you can tap artifacts you control to help pay that cost. For example, if you activate the last ability of Archway of Innovation and then cast Wrath of the Skies (a spell with mana cost {X}{W}{W}), choosing 3 as the value of X, the total cost is {3}{W}{W}. If you tap two artifacts, you'll have to pay {1}{W}{W}.

You must already control an Island as Archway of Innovation enters the battlefield for it to enter untapped. If it enters the battlefield at the same time as an Island when you control no other Islands, it will enter tapped.

A modal double-faced card can't be transformed or be put onto the battlefield transformed. Ignore any instruction to transform a modal double-faced card or to put one onto the battlefield transformed.

If a spell has multiple targets but it's targeting the same creature with all of them (such as Seeds of Strength targeting the same creature three times) you can target that spell with Hydroelectric Specimen's ability. In that case, you change all of those targets to Hydroelectric Specimen.

If a spell has multiple targets, you can't target it with Hydroelectric Specimen's ability, even if only one of those targets is a creature or all but one of those targets have become illegal.

If an effect allows you to play a land or cast a spell from among a group of cards, you may play or cast a modal double-faced card with any face that fits the criteria of that effect. For example, if an effect allows you to play lands from your graveyard, you can play Garden of Freyalise, but you can't cast Disciple of Freyalise.

If an effect allows you to play a specific modal double-faced card, you may cast it as a spell or play it as a land, as determined by which face you choose to play. If an effect allows you to cast (rather than "play") a specific modal double-faced card, you can't play it as a land.

If an effect allows you to put a card with particular characteristics onto the battlefield without instructing you to play or cast it, you consider only the characteristics of a modal double-faced card's front face to see if that card qualifies. If it does, it enters the battlefield with its front face up. For example, if an effect allows you to put a creature card from your graveyard onto the battlefield, you can put Disciple of Freyalise onto the battlefield. However, an effect that lets you return a land card from your graveyard to your hand won't let you return Garden of Freyalise to your hand, as that card has only its front face's characteristics while in the graveyard.

The mana value of a modal double-faced card is based on the characteristics of the face that's being considered. On the stack or the battlefield, consider whichever face is up. In all other zones, consider only the front face. This is different than how the mana value of a transforming double-faced card is determined.

The spell's target is changed to Hydroelectric Specimen only if Hydroelectric Specimen is a legal target for that spell.

To determine whether it is legal to play a modal double-faced card, consider only the characteristics of the face you're playing and ignore the other face's characteristics. For example, if an effect stops you from casting creature spells, you can't cast Disciple of Freyalise, but you can still play Garden of Freyalise.
