Rules

Exotic Orchard checks the effects of all mana-producing abilities of lands your opponents control, but it doesn't check their costs. If an opponent controls Vivid Crag and you control Exotic Orchard, you can tap Exotic Orchard for any color of mana. It doesn't matter whether Vivid Crag has a charge counter on it, and it doesn't matter whether it's untapped.

Exotic Orchard doesn't care about any restrictions or riders your opponents' lands (such as Ancient Ziggurat or Hall of the Bandit Lord) put on the mana they produce. It just cares about colors of mana.

If you somehow control two Felixes, a creature you control dealing combat damage to a player causes abilities of permanents you control to trigger three times. A third Felix causes such abilities to trigger four times, a fourth causes such abilities to trigger five times, and so on.

Replacement effects are unaffected by Felix’s last ability. For example, if Charging Tuskodon (“If Charging Tuskodon would deal combat damage to a player, it deals double that damage to that player instead”) deals combat damage to a player, Felix’s ability won’t cause the damage it deals to be doubled an additional time.

The Thirteenth Doctor's last ability untaps creatures you control with any kind of counter on them, not just creatures you control with +1/+1 counters on them.

Unlike other creature types in Magic that are each only one word, the two words "Time Lord" represent a single creature subtype. Time Lord is the only two-word creature type.

The colors of mana are white, blue, black, red, and green. Fellwar Stone can't be tapped for colorless mana, even if a land an opponent controls could produce colorless mana.

When determining what colors of mana your opponents' lands could produce, take into account any applicable replacement effects that would apply to those lands' mana abilities (such as Contamination's effect, for example). If there is more than one, consider them in any possible order.
