"Find me cards equivalent to: Adipose Offspring"

Equivalent white cards to Adipose Offspring (Creature—Alien, token maker, Emerge-like effect):
1. Evangel of Heliod — ETB creates 1/1 white Soldier tokens equal to your devotion to white.
2. Gelatinous Genesis (Green, not white, but similar X token maker based on mana, not sacrifice).
3. Twilight Drover — Generates many tokens with some setup, but no Emerge or direct sacrifice scaling.
4. Evangel of Sintessa — Similar ETB token effect, creates 1/1 white Soldier(s) for devotion to white.

None are exact equivalents (Emerge scaling and Alien tokens is unique to Adipose Offspring), but Evangel of Heliod is the closest for white, with scalable token generation on ETB.
