"Find me cards equivalent to: Brenard, Ginger Sculptor"

Closest equivalents to Brenard, Ginger Sculptor in GUW (Bant) colors:
1. Hamza, Guardian of Arashin (GUW - cares about creatures and +1/+1 counters, but not Foods/Golems)

  • Grants cost reduction for creatures with +1/+1 counters.
    2. Roon of the Hidden Realm (GUW - legendary creature, can flicker creatures for protection/value)
  • Can exile other creatures and return them for value.
    3. Toggo, Goblin Weaponsmith (R, but note: only similar maker effect, not color match)
  • Makes tokens, but not Food/Golem and not same color identity.

No card in GUW colors matches all of Brenard's unique token-copying and Food/Golem boosting exactly.
Brenard, Ginger Sculptor is currently unique for Food/Golem tribal and token copying/sacrificing in GUW.

Reason:
Brenard's combination of tribal lords, token copy/recursion, and Food mechanics is unique to MH3. Closest matches are Roon (blinks, recursion theme), and Hamza (lord, counters theme).

  • Any enters-the-battlefield abilities of the copied creature will trigger when the token enters the battlefield. Any "as [this creature] enters the battlefield" or "[this creature] enters the battlefield with" abilities of the creature will also work.
  • Except for the listed exceptions, the token copies exactly what was printed on the original creature and nothing else (unless that creature was itself copying something else; see below). It doesn't copy whether that permanent was tapped or untapped, whether it had any counters on it or Auras attached to it, or any non-copy effects that changed its power, toughness, types, color, and so on.
  • If something becomes a copy of the token, the copy also has base power and toughness 1/1, is a Food Golem artifact creature in addition to its other types, and has "{2}, {T}, Sacrifice this artifact: You gain 3 life."
  • If the copied creature had {X} in its mana cost, X is 0.
  • If the copied creature was copying something else, then the token enters the battlefield as whatever that creature copied, with the stated exceptions.
  • Food is an artifact type. Even though it appears on some creatures, it's never a creature type.
  • If an effect refers to a Food, it means any Food artifact, not just a Food artifact token. For example, you can sacrifice Tough Cookie (an Artifact Creature — Food Golem) to activate Maraleaf Rider's ability (an ability with "Sacrifice a Food" in its cost).
  • Whatever you do, don't eat the delicious cards.
  • You can't sacrifice a Food to pay multiple costs. For example, you can't sacrifice a Food token to activate its own ability and also to activate Maraleaf Rider's ability.

Each creature you control that's a Food or a Golem gets +2/+2 and has trample. Whenever another nontoken creature you control dies, you may exile it. If you do, create a token that's a copy of that creature, except it's a 1/1 Food Golem artifact creature in addition to its other types and it has ", ,Sacrificethis token: You gain 3 life."

  • Hamza's first ability affects only generic mana costs. It can't reduce the total cost to cast the spell below {G}{W}.
  • Once you announce you're casting a creature spell, no player may take actions until the spell has been paid for. Notably, opponents can't try to change the number of creatures you control with +1/+1 counters.
  • To determine the total cost of a spell, start with the mana cost or alternative cost you're paying, add any cost increases, then apply any cost reductions (such as that of Hamza, Guardian of Arashin). The total cost is locked in before any costs are paid. The mana value of the spell is determined only by its mana cost, no matter what the total cost to cast the spell was.

    Abilities/Keywords

    Partner

    Rules

  • An effect that checks whether you control your commander is satisfied if you control one or both of your two commanders.
  • Both commanders start in the command zone, and the remaining 98 cards (or 58 cards in a Commander Draft game) of your deck are shuffled to become your library.
  • If something refers to your commander while you have two commanders, it refers to one of them of your choice. If you are instructed to perform an action on your commander (e.g. put it from the command zone into your hand due to Command Beacon), you choose one of your commanders at the time the effect happens.
  • If your Commander deck has two commanders, you can only include cards whose own color identities are also found in your commanders' combined color identities. If Falthis and Kediss are your commanders, your deck may contain cards with black and/or red in their color identity, but not cards with green, white, or blue.
  • Once the game begins, your two commanders are tracked separately. If you cast one, you won't have to pay an additional {2} the first time you cast the other. A player loses the game after having been dealt 21 damage from any one of them, not from both of them combined.
  • The creature equipped by Rock is the source of the activated ability, not Rock or Toggo. For example, if the equipped creature is blue, you could activate the ability choosing a creature with protection from artifacts or protection from red as the target.
  • To have two commanders, both must have the partner ability as the game begins. Losing the ability during the game doesn't cause either to cease to be your commander.
  • You can choose two commanders with partner that are the same color or colors. In Commander Draft, you can even choose two of the same commander with partner if you drafted them. If you do this, make sure you keep the number of times you've cast each from the command zone clear for "commander tax" purposes.
  • A landfall ability doesn't trigger if a permanent already on the battlefield becomes a land.
  • A landfall ability triggers whenever a land you control enters for any reason. It triggers whenever you play a land, as well as whenever a spell or ability puts a land onto the battlefield under your control.
  • Whenever a land you control enters, each landfall ability of the permanents you control will trigger. You can put them   on the stack in any order. The last ability you put on the stack will be the first one to resolve (As a result, you can have those abilities resolve in the order of your choosing.).
