"Find me cards equivalent to: Custodi Squire"

Equivalent cards to Custodi Squire (White, graveyard recursion on ETB, Spirit/Cleric preferred):
1. Reveillark — Flying. When it leaves the battlefield, return up to two target creature cards with power 2 or less from graveyard to battlefield.
2. Karmic Guide — Flying, protection from black. When it enters, return target creature card from graveyard to battlefield.
3. Pearl Medallion — White recursion, but not a creature.
4. Sun Titan — When it attacks or enters, return target permanent with mana value 3 or less from graveyard to battlefield.
5. Sevinne's Reclamation — Sorcery, but serves similar graveyard recursion.

None have the council/voting effect, but these are white cards that recur cards from graveyard on ETB or cast, like Custodi Squire.

    Rules

  • Because the votes are cast in turn order, each player will know the votes of players who voted beforehand.
  • If Custodi Squire is not on the battlefield when its ability resolves, the vote will still take place and the card(s) that had the most votes will still be returned to your hand.
  • No player votes until the spell or ability resolves. Any responses to that spell or ability must be made without knowing the outcome of the vote.
  • Players can't do anything after they finish voting but before the spell or ability that included the vote finishes resolving.
  • The phrase "the vote is tied" refers only to when there is more than one choice that received the most votes. For example, if a 5-player vote from among three different choices ends 3 votes to 1 vote to 1 vote, the vote isn't tied.
  • You must vote for one of the available options. You can't abstain.
  • If a choice has no votes, it can't have the most votes. If all choices have zero votes, the voting ability has no effect.

    Echo Flying Protection

    Rules

  • Paying for echo is always optional. When the echo triggered ability resolves, if you can't pay the echo cost or choose not to, you sacrifice that permanent.
  • Your permanent's echo ability will trigger at the beginning of your upkeep if it entered the battlefield since the beginning of your last upkeep, or if you gained control of it since the beginning of your last upkeep.

  • If a spell you cast has {X} in its mana cost, you choose the value of X before calculating the spell's total cost.
  • If there are additional costs to cast a spell, or if the cost to cast a spell is increased by an effect (such as the one created by Thalia, Guardian of Thraben's ability), apply those increases before applying cost reductions.
  • The ability can't reduce the amount of colored mana you pay for a spell. It reduces only the generic mana component of that cost.
  • The ability doesn't change the mana cost or mana value of any spell. It changes only the total cost you pay.
  • The cost reduction can apply to alternative costs such as flashback costs.

    Abilities/Keywords

    Evoke Flying

    Rules

  • Effects that cause you to pay more or less to cast a spell will cause you to pay that much more or less while casting it for its evoke cost, too. That's because they affect the total cost of the spell, not its mana cost.
  • Evoke doesn't change the timing of when you can cast the creature that has it. If you could cast that creature spell only when you could cast a sorcery, the same is true for cast it with evoke.
  • If a creature spell cast with evoke changes controllers before it enters, it will still be sacrificed when it enters. Similarly, if a creature cast with evoke changes controllers after it enters but before its sacrifice ability resolves, it will still be sacrificed. In both cases, the controller of the creature at the time it left the battlefield will control its leaves-the-battlefield ability.
  • If you're casting a spell "without paying its mana cost," you can't use its evoke ability.
  • When you cast a spell by paying its evoke cost, its mana cost doesn't change. You just pay the evoke cost instead.
  • Whether evoke's sacrifice ability triggers when the creature enters depends on whether the spell's controller chose to pay the evoke cost, not whether they actually paid it (if it was reduced or otherwise altered by another ability, for example).
  • Reveillark's ability may target zero, one, or two creature cards in your graveyard. Each target must have power 2 or less.

    Abilities/Keywords

    Flashback

    Rules

  • If a card in a graveyard has {X} in its mana cost, X is considered to be 0.
  • If the target card is an illegal target by the time Sevinne's Reclamation tries to resolve, the spell doesn't resolve. You won't copy it if you cast it from a graveyard.
  • If you cast Sevinne's Reclamation from your graveyard, any abilities that trigger as the permanent card returns to the battlefield will resolve before the copy of Sevinne's Reclamation resolves but after new targets for the copy have been chosen.
  • The copy that Sevinne's Reclamation creates is created on the stack, so it's not "cast." Abilities that trigger when a player casts a spell won't trigger. The copy wasn't cast from a graveyard, so it won't make another copy of itself.
  • A permanent card is an artifact, battle, creature, enchantment, land, or planeswalker card.
  • "Flashback [cost]" means "You may cast this card from your graveyard if the resulting spell is an instant or sorcery spell by paying [cost] rather than paying its mana cost" and "If the flashback cost was paid, exile this card instead of putting it anywhere else any time it would leave the stack."
  • A spell cast using flashback will always be exiled afterward, whether it resolves, is countered, or leaves the stack in some other way.
  • If a card with flashback is put into your graveyard during your turn, you can cast it if it's legal to do so before any other player can take any actions.
  • To determine the total cost of a spell, start with the mana cost or alternative cost (such as a flashback cost) you're paying, add any cost increases, then apply any cost reductions. The mana value of the spell is determined only by its mana cost, no matter what the total cost to cast the spell was.
  • You can cast a spell using flashback even if it was somehow put into your graveyard without having been cast.
  • You must still follow any timing restrictions and permissions, including those based on the card's type. For instance, you can cast a sorcery using flashback only when you could normally cast a sorcery.

  • A permanent card is an artifact, creature, enchantment, land, or planeswalker card.
  • If a card in your graveyard has no mana symbols in its upper right corner (because it's a land card, for example), its mana value is 0.
  • If the mana cost of a card in your graveyard includes {X}, X is considered to be 0.
  • The mana value of a card in your graveyard is determined solely by the mana symbols printed in its upper right corner. The mana value is the total amount of mana in that cost, regardless of color. For example, a card with mana cost {3}{U}{U} has mana value 5.
