Similar cards to Finest Hour (Enchantment, Green/White/Blue, extra combat, exalted):
1. Aggravated Assault (Red, Enchantment, extra combat)
2. Waves of Aggression (Red/White, Sorcery, extra combat)
3. Scepter of Celebration (Green, Artifact — Equipment; gives exalted-like buff)

There are no other enchantments with the exact color identity and effect of Finest Hour, but the closest in color and theme is:
4. Sigil of Valor (Artifact, grants exalted-like but not enchantment or extra combat)

Reason: No other Bant (G/U/W) enchantment gives both exalted and extra combat. All others in similar colors only give one aspect or are not enchantments.

  • Finest Hour’s second ability has an “intervening ‘if’ clause.” The ability won’t trigger at all unless it’s the first combat phase of the turn.
  • Unlike other similar cards, Finest Hour doesn’t create a main phase in between the two combat phases. The second combat phase will begin immediately after the current one ends.

    Equip

    Rules

  • A creature attacks alone if it's the only creature declared as an attacker during the declare attackers step (including creatures controlled by your teammates, if applicable). For example, Sigil of Valor's ability won't trigger if you attack with multiple creatures and all but one of them are removed from combat.
  • Count the number of creatures you control other than the equipped creature as Sigil of Valor's ability resolves to determine the amount of the bonus. Once the ability resolves, the bonus won't change, even if the number of creatures you control does.

    Retrace

    Rules

  • A retrace card cast from your graveyard follows the normal timing rules for its card type.
  • Casting a card by using its retrace ability works just like casting any other spell, with two exceptions: You're casting it from your graveyard rather than your hand, and you must discard a land card in addition to any other costs.
  • If it's somehow not a main phase when Waves of Aggression resolves, all it does is untap all creatures that attacked that turn. No new phases are created.
  • If the active player casts a spell that has retrace, that player may cast that card again after it resolves, before another player can remove the card from the graveyard. The active player has priority after the spell resolves, so they can immediately cast a new spell. Since casting a card with retrace from the graveyard moves that card onto the stack, no one else would have the chance to affect it while it's still in the graveyard.
  • Waves of Aggression untaps all creatures that attacked this turn, not just those that attacked during the most recent combat phase.
  • When a retrace card you cast from your graveyard resolves, fails to resolve, or is countered, it's put back into your graveyard. You may use the retrace ability to cast it again.
