"Find me cards equivalent to: Harold and Bob, First Numens"

Equivalent cards to Harold and Bob, First Numens (color: Green) are hard to match exactly, but here are some similar green cards with death triggers or transformations:
1. Yedora, Grave Gardener

  • Reason: When a nontoken creature you control dies, return it to the battlefield face down as a Forest.
    2. Turntimber Sower

  • Reason: Recurs lands from the graveyard and interacts with Forests.
    3. Essence of the Wild

  • Reason: Changes how creatures re-enter the battlefield.

These don't match every aspect but are closest equivalents in green, especially Yedora, Grave Gardener for the 'dies, become a Forest' effect.

    Rules

  • Because creatures you control enter as copies of Essence of the Wild, any "enters" triggered abilities printed on such creatures won't trigger.
  • Creatures you control don't copy whether Essence of the Wild is tapped or untapped, whether it has any counters on it or any Auras and Equipment attached to it, or any non-copy effects that have changed its power, toughness, types, color, or so on.
  • External abilities may still affect how a creature enters. For example, if your opponent controls Urabrask the Hidden, which reads, in part, "Creatures your opponents control enter tapped," a creature entering under your control will be a tapped Essence of the Wild.
  • If a creature such as Clone is entering under your control, there will be two copy effects to apply: the creature's own and Essence of the Wild's. No matter what order these effects are applied, the creature will be a copy of Essence of the Wild when it enters.
  • If a creature such as Cryptoplasm that's already on the battlefield copies Essence of the Wild and modifies its own copy effect, that modification is also copied by creatures entering under your control.
  • If you control more than one Essence of the Wild, creatures you control will enter as a copy of the one whose copy effect you apply last.
  • Other "enters" replacement abilities printed on the creature entering won't be applied because the creature will already be Essence of the Wild at that point (and therefore it won't have those abilities). For example, a creature that normally enters tapped will enter as an untapped Essence of the Wild, and a creature that would normally enter with counters on it will enter as an Essence of the Wild with no counters.
  • Replacement effects that modify how a creature enters are applied in the following order: first control-changing effects (such as Gather Specimens), then copy effects (such as the abilities of Essence of the Wild and Clone), then all other effects. This is a minor rules change to make Essence of the Wild and similar cards in the future work intuitively.

    Rules

  • A token that's a copy of Harold and Bob won't return to the battlefield from its owner's graveyard.
  • Any effects (such as proliferate) that interact with counters a player gets, has, or loses can interact with rad counters.
  • If a nontoken permanent that's a copy of Harold and Bob dies while it's a creature, it will return to the battlefield as an Aura with only the abilities granted by the effect that returned it to the battlefield. It will also retain its name, colors, and supertypes, but it will be an Aura enchantment with no other types or subtypes.
  • If a player has fewer cards remaining in their library than the number of rad counters they have when the triggered ability resolves, they'll mill as many cards as they can.
  • If there's nothing for Harold and Bob to legally enchant, it remains in its owner's graveyard instead of returning to the battlefield.
  • If you control Harold and Bob, you'll return it to the battlefield when it dies while it's a creature. It doesn't matter who owns the card. You'll choose which Forest you control it will enchant as it returns to the battlefield.
  • In a game using the shared team turns option, such as an Archenemy or Two-Headed Giant game, the inherent triggered ability associated with rad counters triggers once for each player on the active team that has rad counters. Each instance of that ability is controlled by one of those players.
  • Keep track of how many rad counters each player has. Potential ways to track this include writing them down on paper or using dice, but any method that is clear and mutually agreeable is fine.
  • Rad counters are a kind of counter that a player may have. They're not associated with any specific permanents.
  • Rad counters don't go away as steps, phases, or turns end. They only go away when an effect instructs a player to remove rad counters from themselves.
  • The cards are milled all at once, which means abilities that trigger "whenever one or more nonland cards are milled" will trigger exactly once as long as at least one nonland card was milled.
  • There is an inherent triggered ability associated with having rad counters. This triggered ability has no source and is controlled by the active player. The full text of this ability is "At the beginning of the precombat main phase of a player with rad counters, that player mills cards equal to the number of rad counters they have. For each nonland card milled this way, that player loses 1 life and removes one rad counter from themselves."

  • If multiple land cards are put into your graveyard at once, Turntimber Sower's first ability triggers only once. This could happen because an effect put them there from your library at once, or because they were destroyed at the same time (such as two land creatures that were dealt lethal combat damage), for example.
