"Find me cards equivalent to: Jeska's Will"

Equivalent cards to Jeska's Will (red sorceries with similar modal or mana/exile effects):
1. Act on Impulse – Exile top 3 cards, play them this turn.
2. Seething Song – Add {R}{R}{R}.
3. Pirate's Pillage – Draw 2, discard 1, make treasures.
4. Ignite the Future – Exile top 3, play this turn, flashback.
5. Experimental Frenzy (not a sorcery, but similar effect for play-from-exile)

Reason: There are few cards that combine both mana and exile/play-top-cards; most are single effect. Jeska's Will is unique in doing both together.

  • The cards are exiled face up.
  • Under normal circumstances, you can play a land card exiled with Act on Impulse only if you haven't played a land yet that turn.

    Rules

  • Experimental Frenzy lets you look at the top card of your library whenever you want (with one restriction—see below), even if you don’t have priority. This action doesn’t use the stack. Knowing what that card is becomes part of the information you have access to, just like you can look at the cards in your hand.
  • If the top card of your library changes while you’re casting a spell, playing a land, or activating an ability, you can’t look at the new top card until you finish doing so. This means that if you cast the top card of your library, you can’t look at the next one until you’re done paying for that spell.
  • You can play a land card on top of your library only if you have available land plays remaining.
  • You can’t cast spells or play lands from your hand, but you may take other actions with those cards (such as discarding them to activate their cycling or bloodrush abilities).
  • You must follow the normal timing permissions and restrictions of the cards you play from your library.
  • You’ll still pay all costs for a spell you cast from your library, including additional costs. You may also pay alternative costs.

    Rules

  • If a spell has {X} in its mana cost, you must choose 0 as the value of X when casting it without paying its mana cost.
  • If you cast Ignite the Future from a zone other than a graveyard, you must pay the mana cost or an alternative cost for each spell cast this way. If you cast Ignite the Future from a graveyard, you may choose to cast each spell for its mana cost, an alternative cost, or without paying its mana cost.
  • If you cast a card “without paying its mana cost,” you can't choose to cast it for any alternative costs and not pay that cost. You can, however, pay additional costs. If the card has any mandatory additional costs, such as that of Momentous Fall, you must pay those to cast the card.
  • If you don't play some or all of the exiled cards, those cards remain in exile.
  • Ignite the Future doesn't change when you can play the exiled cards. For example, if you exile a sorcery card, you can cast it only during your main phase when the stack is empty. If you exile a land card, you can play it only during your main phase and only if you have an available land play remaining.
  • A spell cast using flashback will always be exiled afterward, whether it resolves, is countered, or leaves the stack in some other way.
  • If a card with flashback is put into your graveyard during your turn, you can cast it if it's legal to do so before any other player can take any actions.
  • To determine the total cost of a spell, start with the mana cost or alternative cost (such as a flashback cost) you're paying, add any cost increases, then apply any cost reductions. The mana value of the spell is determined only by its mana cost, no matter what the total cost to cast the spell was.
  • You can cast a spell using flashback even if it was somehow put into your graveyard without having been cast.
  • You must still follow any timing restrictions and permissions, including those based on the card's type. For instance, you can cast a sorcery using flashback only when you could normally cast a sorcery.
  • “Flashback [cost]” means “You may cast this card from your graveyard by paying [cost] rather than paying its mana cost” and “If the flashback cost was paid, exile this card instead of putting it anywhere else any time it would leave the stack.”

    Rules

  • Any of the exiled cards you don't play will remain exiled.
  • Even though the card is named after a specific character, controlling any commander will satisfy its condition.
  • Once you've announced that you're casting a spell, players can't take any actions until you've finished doing so. Notably, opponents can't try to remove your commander to change how many modes you may choose.
  • Once you've chosen both modes for the spell, it doesn't matter whether you continue to control a commander. This is true even if you somehow no longer control a commander as you finish casting the spell.
  • The commander you control doesn't have to be your commander.
  • There's no extra bonus if you control more than one commander.
  • Use the number of cards in the target opponent's hand as Jeska's Will resolves to determine how much {R} to add.
  • You pay all costs and follow all timing rules for cards played with the permission from the last mode of Jeska's Will. For example, if one of the exiled cards is a land card, you may play it only during your main phase while the stack is empty and only if you have an available land play remaining.
