"Find me cards equivalent to: Kasmina, Enigmatic Mentor"

Here are some equivalent blue cards (monocolor U) with similar protective effects and token/looting abilities, including Kasmina, Enigmatic Mentor:
1. Kasmina, Enigmatic Mentor – Spells opponents cast that target your stuff cost {2} more, makes tokens, loots.
2. Narset, Parter of Veils – Limits card draw (disruption), helps filter/draw.
3. Jace, Cunning Castaway – Makes tokens, looting effect, blue planeswalker.
4. Teferi, Time Raveler – Protection by denying instant speed (but is blue-white).
5. Aetherize (not a planeswalker, but similar flavor of stalling/protection).

Closest in function (mono-blue) is “Kasmina, Enigmatic Mentor”, with “Narset, Parter of Veils” and “Jace, Cunning Castaway” offering partial overlap in abilities, but none offers exactly the same protection effect. Blue generally has few planeswalkers that grant tax effects against targeting spells.

  • An "attacking creature" is one that has been declared as an attacker this combat, or one that was put onto the battlefield attacking this combat. Unless that creature leaves combat, it continues to be an attacking creature through the end of combat step, even if the player it was attacking has left the game, or the planeswalker it was attacking has left combat. There's no such thing as an attacking creature outside of the combat phase.

    Rules

  • If a token created by Jace's second ability becomes the target of a spell, its ability triggers and goes on the stack on top of that spell. The ability will resolve first (causing the token to be sacrificed). Unless the spell has another target, it will then be countered when it tries to resolve for having no legal targets.
  • The delayed triggered ability created by Jace's first ability can trigger more than once in a turn if creatures you control deal combat damage at different times in a turn (most likely because one or more has first strike) or if creatures you control deal combat damage to more than one player at once.
  • The tokens created by Jace's last ability don't have the legendary supertype. If another object becomes a copy of the token, that copy also won't be legendary.
  • The tokens from Jace's last ability copy exactly what is printed on Jace and nothing else. They don't copy how many counters are on him or Auras attached to him, or any non-copy effects that have changed his color or types, and so on. They'll each enter the battlefield with three loyalty counters. You can activate one loyalty ability of each of the tokens this turn.
  • You can control one legendary Jace, Cunning Castaway in addition to any number of nonlegendary copies of Jace, Cunning Castaway.

  • Spells that target more than one creature and/or planeswalker you control cost only {2} more to cast.
  • To determine the total cost of an opponent's spell that targets a creature or planeswalker you control, start with the mana cost or alternative cost that player is paying, add any cost increases (such as that of Kasmina's effect), then apply any cost reductions. The mana value of the spell remains unchanged, no matter what the total cost to cast it was.
  • You can't do anything in between drawing a card and discarding a card, including casting the card you drew.

    Rules

  • If an opponent hasn't drawn any cards in a turn and a spell or ability instructs that player to draw multiple cards, that player will just draw one card. However, if the draws are optional, the player can't choose to draw, even if they could draw one card this way.
  • Narset will "see" cards drawn by opponents earlier in the turn she entered the battlefield, although Narset can't affect cards drawn before she entered the battlefield. For example, if an opponent draws two cards, then Narset enters the battlefield, that opponent can't draw more cards that turn, but the two drawn cards are unaffected.
  • Replacement effects (such as that of Underrealm Lich or the first ability of Jace, Wielder of Mysteries) can't be used to replace draws that Narset disallows. However, if an opponent's first draw is replaced (by Underrealm Lich's ability, for example), that draw didn't happen and Narset won't stop the next draw (which may also be replaced by Underrealm Lich's ability).
  • Your opponents can each draw a maximum of one card each on each player's turn. Subsequent card draws during that turn are ignored.

  • If an effect allows opponents to cast a spell as though it had flash (for example, if your opponent also controls a Teferi, Time Raveler and activates his +1 loyalty ability), the restriction of Teferi's first ability takes precedence over that permission.
  • You may activate Teferi's last ability without choosing any target. You'll just draw a card. However, if you do choose a target and the target permanent is an illegal target by the time Teferi's last ability tries to resolve, the ability doesn't resolve. You don't draw a card.
