Equivalent cards (blue, group draw):
1. Prosperity – Each player draws X cards.
2. Skyscribing – Each player draws X cards, then each player mills two.
3. Tempting Contract (sort of, but it's ramp, not draw—closest draw for all remains Prosperity & Skyscribing).
These are all blue spells that have every player draw cards based on an X value, just like Minds Aglow.
