"Find me cards equivalent to: Precognition Field"

Precognition Field equivalents in mono-blue enchantments with similar abilities:
1. Future Sight – lets you play the top card of your library, but not limited to instants/sorceries.
2. Mind's Desire (not an enchantment, but interacts with top of library and spells).
3. Soothsaying (not an exact play-from-the-top, but manipulates the top of library).

Future Sight is the closest mono-blue enchantment.

Reason: Future Sight is blue, an enchantment, and also lets you play from the top of your library.

  • If the top card of your library changes while you're casting a spell, playing a land, or activating an ability (most likely because that top card is the card you're playing), the new top card won't be revealed until you finish doing so.
  • If the top card of your library is a land, you may play that land only if you have any available land plays.
  • The top card of your library isn't in your hand, so you can't suspend it, cycle it, or activate any of its abilities.
  • You must follow the normal timing permissions and restrictions for the top card of your library and pay its costs. If the card has alternative or additional costs, you may pay those. If the card has any mandatory additional costs, you must pay those.

    Rules

  • If the card is not played by end of turn, it remains exiled until end of game.
  • The card is face-up when exiled.
  • A copy of a spell can be countered like any other spell, but it must be countered individually. Countering a spell with storm won't affect the copies.
  • Spells cast from zones other than a player's hand and spells that were countered are counted by the storm ability.
  • The copies are put directly onto the stack. They aren't cast and won't be counted by other spells with storm cast later in the turn.
  • The triggered ability that creates the copies can itself be countered by anything that can counter a triggered ability. If it is countered, no copies will be put onto the stack.

    Rules

  • If the top card of your library changes while you’re casting a spell, playing a land, or activating an ability, you can’t look at the new top card until you finish doing so. This means that if you cast the top card of your library, you can’t look at the next one until you’re done paying for that spell.
  • Precognition Field lets you look at the top card of your library whenever you want (with one restriction—see below), even if you don’t have priority. This action doesn’t use the stack. Knowing what that card is becomes part of the information you have access to, just like you can look at the cards in your hand.
  • The card you’ll exile from the top of your library is determined as Precognition Field’s last ability resolves. This might not be the card that was on top of your library when you activated that ability.
  • The top card of your library isn’t in your hand, so you can’t cycle it, discard it, or activate any of its activated abilities.
  • You must follow the normal timing permissions and restrictions of the cards you play from your library.
  • You’ll still pay all costs for that spell, including additional costs. You may also pay alternative costs such as that granted by Jodah, Archmage Eternal.
