Card searched for: Rapid Augmenter

Equivalent/similar cards (R/U, with parallel abilities):
1. Fervor

  • Gives your creatures haste (not limited to base power 1).
    2. Goblin Bushwhacker
  • Grants haste and a power boost to your team when it enters.
    3. Champion of the Flame
  • Gets +1/+1 counters (via aura/equipment, not enter triggers, but similar scaling).
    4. Aegar, the Freezing Flame
  • Benefits from creatures with certain attributes entering/dying (draws cards instead).
    5. Aetherborn Marauder
  • Gathers +1/+1 counters when other creatures die/leave, and is in U/R via other similar cards.

No single card matches all three of Rapid Augmenter’s abilities and color, but these have significant mechanical overlap. No existing card exactly matches your provided text and creature type.

Reason:
U/R usually gives haste, bonus on entering creatures, or unblocking ability, but not all at once.

    Rules

  • A creature has been dealt excess damage if one or more sources deal more damage to it than the minimum amount of damage required to be lethal damage. In most cases, this means damage greater than its toughness, but consider the damage already dealt to it that turn.
  • A planeswalker is dealt excess damage if it's dealt damage greater than its current loyalty.
  • Even 1 damage dealt to a creature from a source with deathtouch is considered lethal damage, so any amount greater than that will cause excess damage to be dealt, even if the total amount of damage isn't greater than the creature's toughness. Note that a source of damage having deathtouch has no effect on damage dealt to planeswalkers.
  • If a permanent is both a creature and a planeswalker, the minimum amount of damage to be considered lethal damage is used to determine if excess damage has been dealt. For example, if a 5/5 creature that's also a planeswalker with three loyalty counters on it is dealt 4 damage, it's been dealt 1 excess damage and Aegar's ability may trigger.
  • It doesn't matter whether a Giant, Wizard, or spell you control deals the excess damage, only that excess damage was dealt and that one of those three things dealt damage to the creature or planeswalker at some point during the turn. For example, if a 4/4 creature an opponent controls is dealt 2 damage by a spell you control and later that turn is dealt 3 damage by a spell another player controls, Aegar's ability will trigger.
  • Aegar's ability won't trigger when a battle is dealt excess damage. It's not his fault. They didn't exist yet.

    Abilities/Keywords

    Kicker

    Rules

  • Only creatures you control as Goblin Bushwhacker's ability resolves are affected. This includes Goblin Bushwhacker itself, unless it already left the battlefield by then.
  • If a card or token enters as a copy of a permanent, the new permanent isn't kicked, even if the original was.
  • If a spell's kicker cost was paid, the spell is "kicked."
  • If you copy a kicked spell on the stack, the copy is also kicked. If the copied spell is a permanent spell, the token the copy of that spell becomes when it enters is also kicked.
  • If you put a permanent with a kicker ability onto the battlefield without casting it, you can't kick it.
  • The kicker ability doesn't let you pay a kicker cost more than once.
  • To determine a spell's total cost, start with the mana cost (or an alternative cost if another card's effect allows you to pay one instead), add any cost increases (such as kicker), then apply any cost reductions. The spell's mana value remains unchanged, no matter what the total cost to cast it was.

    Abilities/Keywords

    Haste

    Rules

  • If a creature has a characteristic-defining ability that sets its power, indicated with a */* or similar in the power and toughness box, that ability is taken into account when determining its base power.
  • Normally, a creature's base power is the power printed on the card or, for a token, the power set by the effect that created it. If an effect modifies a creature's power without setting it, that is not included when determining its base power.
  • Some creatures have base power and toughness 0/0 and an ability that gives them a bonus based on some criteria. Those are not characteristic-defining abilities, and that ability doesn't change its base power.
