"Find me cards equivalent to: Show of Confidence"

Cards similar to Show of Confidence (Instant, White, cares about casting spells/copies, +1/+1 counters or vigilance):
1. Ephemerate — Instant, white, not exact (blink, spells-matter synergy with magecraft cards).
2. Defiant Strike — Instant, white, cantrips and pumps but doesn't copy or give vigilance.
3. Homeward Pathways — No direct match for all effects; Show of Confidence is unique in white for copying per spell and +1/+1/vigilance.
4. March of Otherworldly Light — White instant, but removes things, not pump/copy.
5. Launch the Fleet — Somewhat similar in heroic-multicasting but is a sorcery.

Short reason: Show of Confidence is very unique; there's no direct white instant with all its effects, but above are the closest white instants with related pump, spell-copy, or synergy.

    Rebound

    Rules

  • Casting the card again due to rebound's delayed triggered ability is optional. If you choose not to cast the card, or if you can't (perhaps because there are no legal targets available), the card will stay exiled. You won't get another chance to cast it on a future turn. If you do cast the card, it's put into its owner's graveyard as normal once it resolves.
  • If a spell with rebound that you cast from your hand is countered or doesn't resolve (most likely because its targets have become illegal), none of its effects will happen, including rebound. The spell will be put into its owner's graveyard and you won't get to cast it again on your next turn.
  • If a token is exiled this way, it will cease to exist and won't return to the battlefield.
  • Once the exiled creature returns, it's considered a new object with no relation to the object that it was. Auras attached to the exiled creature will be put into their owners' graveyards. Equipment attached to the exiled creature will become unattached and remain on the battlefield. Any counters on the exiled creature will cease to exist.

Exile target creature you control, then return it to the battlefield under its owner's control. Rebound (If you cast this spell from your hand, exile it as it resolves. At the beginning of your next upkeep, you may cast this card from exile without paying its mana cost.)

    Abilities/Keywords

    Rules

  • Although the tokens are attacking, they were never declared as attacking creatures (for purposes of abilities that trigger whenever a creature attacks, for example).
  • If a spell or ability allows you to cast a strive spell without paying its mana cost, you must pay the additional costs for any targets beyond the first.
  • If all of the spell's targets are illegal when the spell tries to resolve, it won't resolve and none of its effects will happen. If one or more of its targets are legal when it tries to resolve, the spell will resolve and affect only those legal targets. It will have no effect on any illegal targets.
  • If such a spell is copied, and the effect that copies the spell allows a player to choose new targets for the copy, the number of targets can't be changed. The player may change any number of the targets, including all of them or none of them. If, for one of the targets, the player can't choose a new legal target, then it remains unchanged (even if the current target is illegal).
  • The mana cost and mana value of strive spells don't change no matter how many targets they have. Strive abilities affect only what you pay.
  • You choose how many targets each spell with a strive ability has and what those targets are as you cast it. It's legal to cast such a spell with no targets, although this is rarely a good idea. You can't choose the same target more than once for a single strive spell.
  • You declare which player or planeswalker each token is attacking as you put it onto the battlefield. It doesn't have to be the same player or planeswalker the original creature is attacking.

Strive — This spell costs more to cast for each target beyond the first. Until end of turn, any number of target creatures each gain "Whenever this creature attacks, create a 1/1 white Soldier creature token that's tapped and attacking."

  • For example, say you wanted to choose a target with mana value 6. You need X to be at least 6. You could choose to cast March of Otherworldly Light by paying {6}{W}. You could also exile white cards from your hand to reduce that cost by {2} for each one. If you had a reason to, you could even choose a greater value for X.
  • The mana value of March of Otherworldly Light while it's on the stack is the value chosen for X plus 1, no matter how much mana you actually paid to cast it.
  • You may exile more cards than necessary for March of Otherworldly Light's first ability, but you can't reduce the mana it costs to less than {W} this way.

As an additional cost to cast this spell, you may exile any number of white cards from your hand. This spell costs less to cast for each card exiled this way. Exile target artifact, creature, or enchantment with mana value X or less.

  • If the target of the original Show of Confidence has become an illegal target when that spell is copied, the copies will initially still target the same creature. If you don’t choose new targets for the copies, they each will fail to resolve. Notably, you don’t have to change targets, especially not to opposing creatures, just because the current target of Show of Confidence is illegal.
  • Magecraft abilities trigger once for each copy created as Show of Confidence’s triggered ability resolves.
  • The triggered ability counts all instants and sorceries that were cast before it resolves. If you cast instant spells in response to the ability, those spells will count.
