- “Muddle the Mixture” (transmute tutor for 2-cost cards, including lands like “Boseiju, Who Shelters All”)
- “Fabricate” (artifact tutor)
- “Vesuva” (can copy other lands, not a tutor but utility land, blue identity for EDH)
Reason: Few lands have blue identity with transmute; blue tutors often use other methods.
