"Find me cards equivalent to: Tolls of War"

Equivalent cards to Tolls of War (type: Enchantment, colors: B, W):
1. Hidden Stockpile (BW Enchantment, creates tokens when you sacrifice permanents)
2. Oketra's Monument (White Enchantment, creates 1/1 tokens on casting creatures)
3. Bastion of Remembrance (BW Enchantment, cares about creatures dying, creates a token on ETB)
4. Pitiless Plunderer (Black, not enchantment but combo staple for sacrifice/token decks)
5. Tamiyo's Journal (Artifact, creates Clue tokens, sacrifice for value)

Reason: There is no direct equivalent, but Hidden Stockpile is closest—BW enchantment, makes tokens from sacrificing permanents. Tolls of War included for reference.

    Rules

  • If a permanent you controlled didn't leave the battlefield before your end step begins, Hidden Stockpile's first ability doesn't trigger at all. The permanent may have left before Hidden Stockpile entered the battlefield, however.
  • Revolt abilities check only whether a permanent you controlled left the battlefield this turn or not. They don't apply multiple times if more than one permanent you controlled left the battlefield. They don't check whether the permanent that left the battlefield is still in the zone it moved to.
  • Revolt abilities don't care why the permanent left the battlefield, who caused it to move, or where it moved to. They're equally satisfied by an artifact you sacrificed to pay a cost, a creature you controlled that was destroyed by Cast Down, or an enchantment you returned to your hand with Cyclonic Rift.
  • Tokens that leave the battlefield will satisfy a revolt ability.

    Rules

  • A creature spell that's multiple colors is each of those colors. For example, Ahn-Crop Champion is a white creature and a green creature, so it can benefit from either Oketra's Monument or Rhonas's Monument—or both at once.
  • Each Monument has one ability that reduces the cost of creature spells of a certain color, and a triggered ability that triggers whenever you cast any creature spell—not just a creature spell of that color.
  • Each Monument's triggered ability triggers as the creature spell is cast and resolves before that creature spell resolves. The ability will resolve even if that creature spell is countered.
  • To determine the total cost of a creature spell, start with the mana cost or alternative cost you're paying, add any cost increases, then apply any cost reductions. The mana value of the creature remains unchanged, no matter what the total cost to cast it was.

    Rules

  • Clue is an artifact type. Even though it appears on some cards with other permanent types, it's never a creature type, a land type, or anything but an artifact type.
  • If an effect refers to a Clue, it means any Clue artifact, not just a Clue artifact token. For example, you can sacrifice Wrench to pay for Alquist Proft, Master Sleuth's activated ability.
  • You can't sacrifice a Clue to pay multiple costs. For example, you can't sacrifice a Clue token to activate its own ability and also to activate Alquist Proft, Master Sleuth's ability.
