  • Admonition Angel's landfall ability and its last ability are linked. The last ability refers only to cards exiled with its landfall ability.
  • If Admonition Angel's landfall ability triggers, but the Angel leaves the battlefield before it resolves, its last ability will trigger and resolve first. All previously exiled cards will be returned to the battlefield. Then the landfall ability will resolve and exile the targeted permanent forever.
  • A landfall ability doesn't trigger if a permanent already on the battlefield becomes a land.
  • A landfall ability triggers whenever a land you control enters for any reason. It triggers whenever you play a land, as well as whenever a spell or ability puts a land onto the battlefield under your control.
  • Whenever a land you control enters, each landfall ability of the permanents you control will trigger. You can put them   on the stack in any order. The last ability you put on the stack will be the first one to resolve (As a result, you can have those abilities resolve in the order of your choosing.).

  • Because you consider only the characteristics of a double-faced card's front face while it's not on the battlefield, the types of its back face won't be counted for delirium.
  • If Angel of Deliverance deals damage and is dealt lethal damage at the same time, its ability will trigger.
  • If Angel of Deliverance deals damage to multiple creatures, players, or planeswalkers at once (for example, if it's blocked by two smaller creatures) its last ability triggers only once.
  • If Angel of Deliverance deals lethal damage to a creature, that creature can't be targeted by Angel of Deliverance's triggered ability. It's already in its owner's graveyard.
  • If you have three noncreature card types among cards in your graveyard and Angel of Deliverance deals damage at the same time another creature you control is dealt lethal damage, the ability won't trigger. The creature doesn't die until after Angel of Deliverance's ability checks to see if it triggers.
  • In some rare cases, you can have a token or a copy of a spell in your graveyard at the moment that an object's delirium ability counts the card types among cards in your graveyard, before that token or copy ceases to exist. Because tokens and copies of spells are not cards, even if they are copies of cards, their types will never be counted.
  • Most triggered delirium abilities use an intervening "if" clause. There must be four or more card types among cards in your graveyard in order for these abilities to trigger, otherwise they never trigger at all. There's no way to have the ability trigger if there aren't enough card types, even if you intend to raise that number in response to the triggered ability. The number of card types is checked again as the trigger resolves, and if it has become too low somehow, the ability does nothing. If which card types are in your graveyard changes but the quantity of card types stays the same (or increases), then the delirium triggered ability will still resolve.
  • The card types in Magic are artifact, battle, creature, enchantment, instant, kindred, land, planeswalker, and sorcery. Supertypes (such as legendary and basic) and subtypes (such as Human and Equipment) are not counted.
  • The number of card types matters, not the number of cards. For example, Wicker Witch (an artifact creature) along with Catalog (an instant) and Chaplain's Blessing (a sorcery) will enable delirium.

    Embalm Flying

    Rules

  • Auras attached to the exiled permanent will be put into their owners' graveyards. Any Equipment will become unattached and remain on the battlefield. Any counters on the exiled permanent will cease to exist.
  • For each card with embalm, a corresponding game play supplement token can be found in some Amonkhet booster packs. These supplements are not required to play with cards with embalm; you can use the same items to represent an embalmed token as you would any other token.
  • If Angel of Sanctions leaves the battlefield before its triggered ability resolves, the target permanent won't be exiled.
  • If a token is exiled this way, it will cease to exist and won't return to the battlefield.
  • If the card copied by the token had any "when [this permanent] enters the battlefield" abilities, then the token also has those abilities and will trigger them when it's created. Similarly, any "as [this permanent] enters the battlefield" or "[this permanent] enters the battlefield with" abilities that the token has copied will also work.
  • In a multiplayer game, if Angel of Sanctions's owner leaves the game, the exiled card will return to the battlefield. Because the one-shot effect that returns the card isn't an ability that goes on the stack, it won't cease to exist along with the leaving player's spells and abilities on the stack.
  • The exiled card returns to the battlefield immediately after Angel of Sanctions leaves the battlefield. Nothing happens between the two events, including state-based actions.
  • The token copies exactly what was printed on the original card and nothing else. It doesn't copy any information about the object the card was before it was put into your graveyard.
  • The token is a Zombie in addition to its other types and is white instead of its other colors. It has no mana cost, and thus its mana value is 0. These are copiable values of the token that other effects may copy.
  • If a spell or ability puts a creature card with embalm into your graveyard during your main phase, you'll have priority immediately after that spell or ability resolves. You can activate the creature card's embalm ability before any player can exile it with an effect, such as that of Crook of Condemnation, if it's legal for you to do so.
  • Once you've activated an embalm ability, the card is immediately exiled. Opponents can't try to stop the ability by exiling the card with an effect such as that of Crook of Condemnation.

    Rules

  • If Angel of Serenity leaves the battlefield before its "enters" ability has resolved, its leaves-the-battlefield ability will trigger and do nothing. Then the "enters" ability will resolve and exile the targeted creatures and/or creature cards indefinitely.
  • If a creature targeted by the "enters" ability dies before that ability resolves, it will become an illegal target even though it may be a creature card in a graveyard when the ability resolves. It won't be exiled.
  • You choose the targets as part of putting the "enters" trigger on the stack. Because that ability includes "you may," you choose whether to exile the targets when the ability resolves.
  • You choose up to three total targets from among other creatures on the battlefield and creature cards in graveyards. You may choose zero targets.
