1. Niv-Mizzet, Parun — Also Blue/Red, legendary wizard, rewards card draw (damage trigger).
2. Lazav, Dimir Mastermind — Blue/Black, legendary wizard, cares about manipulating cards/board.
3. Nekusar, the Mindrazer — Blue/Black/Red, legendary wizard, card draw/loss of life theme.
4. Jori En, Ruin Diver — Blue/Red, legendary wizard, triggers on second spell per turn for card draw.
5. Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge — Blue/Black/Red, legendary wizard, casts spells for free from exile.
6. Kess, Dissident Mage — Blue/Black/Red, legendary wizard, casts instant/sorcery from graveyard.
7. Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind — Blue/Red, legendary wizard, card draw = damage.
8. Alesha, Who Smiles at Death — Red/Black, legendary, not wizard or direct hand theme, but focuses on reanimating.

Reason: All these cards share two or more of Cecily's colors and are legendary Human Wizards or have similar mechanics focusing on card draw, hand size, or casting spells for free. • Alesha's triggered ability checks the card's power only in your graveyard. The creature will still be tapped and attacking if its power is greater than 2 after it's on the battlefield.
  • Although the returned creature is an attacking creature, it was never declared as an attacking creature. This means that abilities that trigger whenever a creature attacks won't trigger when it enters the battlefield attacking.
  • Any effects that say that the returned creature can't attack (such as that of Propaganda, or if the creature has defender) affect only the declaration of attackers. They won't stop the returned creature from entering the battlefield attacking.
  • While resolving Alesha's triggered ability, you can't pay the cost multiple times to return more than one creature card.
  • You choose which player or planeswalker the returned creature is attacking. It doesn't have to be attacking the same player or planeswalker Alesha is attacking.

  • If Jeleva leaves the battlefield, the exiled cards will remain exiled indefinitely. If Jeleva enters the battlefield again, it won't be associated with the cards the "other" Jeleva exiled. The new Jeleva will exile a new set of cards. Only those cards can be cast using Jeleva's last ability.
  • If the card has {X} in its mana cost, you must choose 0 as its value.
  • If you cast a card "without paying its mana cost," you can't pay alternative costs such as overload costs. However, you can pay additional costs such as kicker costs. If the card has mandatory additional costs, you must pay those.
  • If you cast an instant or sorcery card using Jeleva's last ability, you do so while that ability is resolving. If you choose not to (or you can't), you won't get a chance to cast it later unless the ability triggers again.
  • The card is cast before blocking creatures are declared.
  • When casting an instant or sorcery card this way, ignore all timing restrictions based on the card's type. Other timing restrictions, such as "Cast [this spell] only during combat," must be followed.
  • If Jeleva enters the battlefield without being cast, then no mana was spent to cast it. This means X will be 0, so no cards will be exiled.
  • The amount of mana you spent to cast this creature is usually equal to its mana value. However, you also include any additional costs you pay, including the cost imposed for casting your commander from the command zone.
  • You can't choose to pay extra mana to cast a creature spell unless something instructs you to.

  • If a sorcery card is put into your graveyard during your main phase and the stack is empty, you have a chance to cast it before any player may attempt to remove that card from your graveyard.
  • If a spell cast this way is put into another zone after it resolves (perhaps because it had buyback), it's considered a new object. If that card later moves to your graveyard, it won't be exiled.
  • If you cast a card from your graveyard using another permission (such as that of flashback), Kess's effect doesn't apply. You can cast another instant or sorcery card from your graveyard.
  • If you cast one instant or sorcery card from your graveyard and then have a new Kess come under your control in the same turn, you may cast another instant or sorcery card from your graveyard that turn.
  • Once you begin to cast the card, losing control of Kess won't affect the spell. You can finish casting it as normal and it will be exiled if it would be put into your graveyard.
  • You must follow the normal timing permissions and restrictions of the card you cast from your graveyard.
  • You must pay the costs to cast that card. If it has an alternative cost, you may cast it for that cost instead.

  • "Enters" abilities of the creature card Lazav is copying won't trigger as Lazav is already on the battlefield when it becomes a copy of that creature card.
  • If multiple creature cards are put into an opponent's graveyard at the same time, you choose the order that Lazav's triggered abilities go on the stack.
  • Lazav, Dimir Mastermind becomes a copy of the creature card in the graveyard. If that card is no longer in the graveyard when Lazav's ability resolves, use the characteristics of that card as it last existed in the graveyard. Notably, copy effects that applied to the creature card when it was on the battlefield won't be copied by Lazav. For example, if a Clone is put into an opponent's graveyard from the battlefield and you use Lazav's ability, it will become 0/0. It won't become a copy of whatever Clone was copying.
  • Token creatures dying won't cause Lazav's triggered ability to trigger.
