AI 🤖 Find me cards equivalent to: Celestial Dawn

Equivalent cards to Celestial Dawn (White):
1. Altar of the Pantheon – Fixes mana for any color, though less restrictive.
2. Concerted Effort – White enchantment that shares abilities across creatures (not mana-fixing, but global white effect).
3. Pili-Pala – Can turn any mana into any other colored mana (artifact).
4. Prismatic Omen – Makes all your lands every basic land type, enabling colored mana, but it's green.

Closest white equivalent for color-fixing is Celestial Dawn. White typically doesn't have direct color-fixing; look for artifacts or multicolor cards for similar effects.

  • If Altar of the Pantheon loses its abilities, you'll still get a bonus to your devotion. This is because its effect is applied before any effect that would make it lose its abilities.
  • The last ability of Altar of the Pantheon is a mana ability. It doesn't use the stack and can't be responded to. You'll immediately add mana and gain 1 life, if applicable.
  • You gain just 1 life, no matter how many Gods, Demigods, and/or legendary enchantments you control beyond the first.
  • Your devotion to two colors (for example, your devotion to red and green) is increased by one, not by two or three.

  • Celestial Dawn does not change the type of lands which are not on the battlefield. Lands not on the battlefield are what they say they are.
  • Celestial Dawn no longer changes mana symbols on cards.
  • If you pay white mana to activate an ability that can only be activated by spending another color of mana, then any limitations on activating the ability (such as the number of times it can be activated each turn) still apply as if you spent the proper color.
  • The effect to turn all your non-land cards (including artifacts) white is the effect of a static ability. Thus, a color change on a permanent prior to Celestial Dawn entering the battlefield will be overridden by Celestial Dawn's effect.
  • Will not add or remove Snow Supertype from a land.
  • You may use a different color mana than the color required for spells and abilities that require a specific color. If you do, and the spell or ability checks the actual color of the mana, it can tell the difference.
  • If a permanent enters while Celestial Dawn is on the battlefield, and then Celestial Dawn leaves the battlefield, the permanent's color will revert to the colors in its mana cost.
  • If you have unspent nonwhite mana when Celestial Dawn enters, you still have that mana, but you can spend it only on the colorless part of costs.
  • If you use a text-changing effect such as Mind Bend on Celestial Dawn to change the word "Plains" to a different land type, your lands are all of that new land type, and they will produce mana of the appropriate color for that type.
  • Land cards you own that aren't on the battlefield aren't changed to Plains.
  • Mana produced by spells you control and nonland permanents you control isn't affected by Celestial Dawn. Llanowar Elves will produce {G}, for example. However, any colored mana may be spent only on the colorless part of costs.
  • If a nonbasic land has an ability that causes it to enter the battlefield tapped, it will lose that ability before it applies. The same is also true of any other abilities that modify how a land enters the battlefield or apply "as" a land enters the battlefield, such as the first ability of Cavern of Souls.

Lands you control are Plains. Nonland permanents you control are white. The same is true for spells you control and nonland cards you own that aren't on the battlefield. You may spend white mana as though it were mana of any color. You may spend other mana only as though it were colorless mana.

  • Creatures keep all abilities granted this way until the end of the turn, even if Concerted Effort or the original creature with that ability leaves the battlefield.
  • For example, a player controls three creatures when Concerted Effort’s ability resolves: one creature with flying and protection from red, one with islandwalk and protection from green; and one with vigilance. All three creatures will have flying, islandwalk, vigilance, protection from red, and protection from green until the end of the turn.
  • In Two-Headed Giant, triggers only once per upkeep, not once for each player.

    Rules

  • If Pili-Pala is already untapped, you can’t activate its {Q} ability. That’s because you can’t pay the “Untap this permanent” cost.
  • If a creature with an {Q} ability hasn’t been under your control since your most recent turn began, you can’t activate that ability, unless the creature has haste.
  • Pili-Pala’s ability is a mana ability. It doesn’t use the stack and can’t be responded to.
  • Using this creature’s ability means you’re untapping it for mana, not tapping it for mana. Mana Reflection won’t cause it to produce extra mana.
