"Find me cards equivalent to: Charging Tuskodon"

Cards equivalent to Charging Tuskodon with similar color and effect:
1. Fiery Emancipation (Enchantment, triples all damage, including combat, you deal)
2. Malignus (creature, red, deals damage equal to half their life, but not exactly double)
3. Chandra's Incinerator (red creature, deals damage based on non-combat but can contribute to doubling damage via trample and direct damage synergy)

Closest is Charging Tuskodon itself; no other monored dinosaur has exactly double-combat-damage-to-player. Red's damage doubling is usually global, not limited to specific creatures or combat; see Furnace of Rath or Dictate of the Twin Gods.

    Rules

  • Chandra's Incinerator counts all noncombat damage dealt to your opponents, not the difference in their life totals since the turn began. For example, if an opponent was dealt 5 noncombat damage but gained 3 life, Chandra's Incinerator still costs just {R}.
  • Combat damage is the damage that's dealt automatically by attacking and blocking creatures. Any other damage is noncombat damage, even if it's dealt during a combat phase by an attacking or blocking creature.
  • In a multiplayer game, Chandra's Incinerator counts damage dealt to opponents who have lost the game.
  • The cost reduction applies only to generic mana in the cost of Chandra's Incinerator. It can't reduce the {R} requirement.

    Double Trample

    Rules

  • If Charging Tuskodon has trample damage to assign to a player, that damage is assigned based on its actual power and is doubled only as it’s dealt. For example, if Charging Tuskodon is blocked by a 3/3 creature, the attacking player can assign 1 damage to the defending player and then Charging Tuskodon deals 2 damage to that player.
  • The doubled damage Charging Tuskodon deals is still combat damage.

    Abilities/Keywords

    Double Flash

    Rules

  • Dictate of the Twin Gods applies to any damage, not just combat damage. It also doesn't matter who controls the source of the damage that's being dealt.
  • If more than one Dictate of the Twin Gods is on the battlefield, damage dealt will double for each one (two of them will end up multiplying the damage by four, three of them by eight, and four of them by sixteen).
  • If multiple effects modify how damage will be dealt, the player being dealt damage or the controller of the permanent being dealt damage chooses the order to apply the effects. For example, the ability of Decorated Griffin says “Prevent the next 1 combat damage that would be dealt to you this turn.” Suppose you would be dealt 3 combat damage and you activate the ability of Decorated Griffin. You can either (a) prevent 1 damage first and then let Dictate of the Twin Gods's effect double the remaining 2 damage, for a result of being dealt 4 damage, or (b) double the damage to 6 and then prevent 1 damage, for a result of being dealt 5 damage.
  • The source of the damage doesn't change. A spell that deals damage will specify the source of the damage, often the spell itself. An ability that deals damage will also specify the source of the damage, although the ability itself will never be that source. Often the source of the ability is also the source of the damage.

    Abilities/Keywords

    Triple

    Rules

  • If a creature with trample you control would deal combat damage to a blocking creature while you control Fiery Emancipation, you must assign its unmodified damage. For example, a 3/3 creature with trample blocked by a 2/2 creature can have 2 damage assigned to the blocking creature and 1 damage assigned to the defending player. It will then deal 6 damage to the blocking creature and 3 damage to the defending player.
  • If an effect asks you to divide damage among targets, you must divide the unmodified damage before tripling it.
  • If multiple replacement or prevention effects try to modify damage that would be dealt to a player or permanent, the player or the controller of the permanent chooses the order in which they apply.

    Abilities/Keywords

    Double

    Rules

  • If a spell or ability damages multiple things, divide up the damage before applying this effect. This means you can’t normally end up with an odd amount of damage on something.
  • If you have two of these on the battlefield, the damage is multiplied by 4.
  • The multiplied damage counts in all ways as if it came from the original source. Furnace of Rath is not the source.
  • The trample rules cause damage to be divided before it is doubled.
  • If multiple effects modify how damage will be dealt, the player who would be dealt damage or the controller of the creature that would be dealt damage chooses the order to apply the effects. For example, Mending Hands says, “Prevent the next 4 damage that would be dealt to any target this turn.” Suppose a spell would deal 5 damage to a player who has cast Mending Hands targeting themselves. That player can either (a) prevent 4 damage first and then let Furnace of Rath double the remaining 1 damage, taking 2 damage, or (b) double the damage to 10 and then prevent 4 damage, taking 6 damage.
