2. Servo — Artifact creature token, 1/1.
3. Thopter — Artifact creature token, 1/1 and has flying.
4. Golem — Often artifact creature token, typically 3/3.
Reason: All are artifact creature tokens, primarily colorless, and play similar roles in decks.
