Equivalent cards to Decree of Pain (Sorcery, Black, Destroy all creatures, can't be regenerated, often with a draw or mass kill effect):

  • Damnation — Destroy all creatures. They can't be regenerated.
  • In Garruk's Wake — Destroy all creatures you don't control and all planeswalkers you don't control.
  • Plague Wind — Destroy all creatures you don't control. They can't be regenerated.
