Dragon Mask gives +2/+2 and returns a creature you control to hand at end step. Similar colorless artifacts with temporary pump and bounce effects are rare, but here are a few close options:
1. Erratic Portal
Type: Artifact
Effect: {1}, {T}: Return target creature to its owner's hand unless its controller pays {1}.
Reason: Also bounces creatures, but no power boost.
2. Cloudstone Curio
Type: Artifact
Effect: Whenever a nonartifact permanent enters the battlefield under your control, you may return another permanent you control of the same type to its owner’s hand.
Reason: Bounces creatures, no pump, triggers differently.
No colorless artifact provides both temporary power boost and guaranteed bounce in one activation like Dragon Mask. The closest match for effect layering will be a combination of an equipment (for pump) and a bounce artifact.
If you want more options, consider colored cards or split the “pump” and “bounce” effects between two artifacts.
