Equivalent cards to Eldritch Moon Checklist are other checklist cards used to represent double-faced cards or meld cards in a deck. All of these are colorless (color='C') and have similar template text. Examples include:

• Checklist Card (used for Innistrad block double-faced cards)
• Shadows Over Innistrad Checklist
• Innistrad Checklist
• Dark Ascension Checklist
• Magic 2015 Checklist (for planeswalkers)
• Jumpstart Checklist Card

Reason: All these serve to stand in for double-faced cards in limited environments or for use in sleeves, matching the colorless and checklist function of Eldritch Moon Checklist.
