    Rules

  • Because all attackers are declared at the same time, the returned creature can't attack during the same combat it returns, even if it has haste.
  • If Drana attacks a planeswalker, that planeswalker's controller is the defending player.
  • The defending player chooses a card and you put it onto the battlefield all while Drana's ability is resolving. No player may take actions in between those events.
  • The returned creature remains a Vampire in addition to its other types even after Drana leaves the battlefield.

    Rules

  • The cost reduction applies only to generic mana in the total cost of spells you cast from your graveyard.
  • To determine the total cost of a spell, start with the mana cost or alternative cost you're paying (such as a flashback cost), add any cost increases (such as kicker costs), then apply any cost reductions (such as that of Emet-Selch of the Third Seat's first ability). The mana value of the spell is determined by only its mana cost, no matter what the total cost to cast that spell was.
  • You choose whether to cast the target card while Emet-Selch of the Third Seat's second ability is still on the stack. You can't wait to cast it later in the turn. Timing restrictions based on the card's type are ignored.

Spells you cast from your graveyard cost less to cast. Whenever one or more opponents lose life, you may cast target instant or sorcery card from your graveyard. If that spell would be put into your graveyard, exile it instead. Do this only once each turn.

    Rules

  • If a Zombie card is put into your graveyard during your main phase and the stack is empty, you have a chance to cast it before any player may attempt to remove that card from your graveyard.
  • If multiple effects allow you to cast a Zombie creature spell from your graveyard, such as those of Gisa and Geralf and Karador, Ghost Chieftain, you must announce which permission you’re using as you begin to cast the spell.
  • If you cast one Zombie creature spell from your graveyard and then have a new Gisa and Geralf come under your control in the same turn, you may cast another Zombie creature spell from your graveyard that turn.
  • Once you begin to cast the Zombie spell, losing control of Gisa and Geralf won’t affect the spell.
  • You must follow the normal timing permissions and restrictions of the Zombie spell you cast from your graveyard.
  • You must pay the costs to cast that Zombie spell. If it has an alternative cost, you may cast it for that cost instead.

    Rules

  • Another snow Zombie creature you control will get only +1/+1 from Narfi's first ability.
  • Snow is a supertype, not a card type. It has no rules meaning or function by itself, but spells and abilities may refer to it.
  • Snow isn't a type of mana. If an effect says you may spend mana as though it were any type, you can't pay for {S} using mana that wasn't produced by a snow source.
  • Some cards have additional effects for each {S} spent to cast them. You can cast these spells even if you don't spend any snow mana to cast them; their additional effects simply won't do anything.
  • The Kaldheim set doesn't have any cards with mana costs that include {S}, but some previous sets do. If an effect says such a spell costs {1} less to cast, that reduction doesn't apply to any {S} costs. This is also true for activated abilities that include {S} in their activation costs and effects that reduce those costs.
  • The {S} symbol is a generic mana symbol. It represents a cost that can be paid by one mana that was produced by a snow source. That mana can be any color or colorless.
