"Find me cards equivalent to: Endless Ranks of HYDRA"

There is no officially printed card with the name Endless Ranks of HYDRA or matching your described card. However, based on your description (Sorcery, black, generates tokens, has graveyard recursion), here are similar black Sorceries:
1. Dread Summons – Each player mills, then you create 2/2 black Zombie creature tokens for each creature card milled this way.
Reason: Black, sorcery, makes tokens.
2. Army of the Damned – Creates thirteen 2/2 black Zombie creature tokens.
Reason: Black, sorcery, mass token generation.
3. Rise of the Dread Marn (not sorcery, but close) – Creates 2/2 black Zombie Berserker tokens when creatures die.
Reason: Black, token generation.

All are black, create creature tokens, and at least Dread Summons and Army of the Damned are both sorceries. None fully match the recursion ability from your custom description.

    Flashback

    Rules

  • "Flashback [cost]" means "You may cast this card from your graveyard by paying [cost] rather than paying its mana cost" and "If the flashback cost was paid, exile this card instead of putting it anywhere else any time it would leave the stack."
  • A spell cast using flashback will always be exiled afterward, whether it resolves, is countered, or leaves the stack in some other way.
  • If a card with flashback is put into your graveyard during your turn, you can cast it if it's legal to do so before any other player can take any actions.
  • To determine the total cost of a spell, start with the mana cost or alternative cost (such as a flashback cost) you're paying, add any cost increases, then apply any cost reductions. The mana value of the spell is determined only by its mana cost, no matter what the total cost to cast the spell was.
  • You can cast a spell using flashback even if it was somehow put into your graveyard without having been cast.
  • You must still follow any timing restrictions and permissions, including those based on the card's type. For instance, you can cast a sorcery using flashback only when you could normally cast a sorcery.

    Rules

  • If a creature card has an ability that replaces going to the graveyard with moving somewhere else "instead," that card won't count toward the number of Zombies you get. Conversely, creature cards with a triggered ability that removes them from the graveyard when they're put there from anywhere (or your library) will count toward that number.

    Foretell

    Rules

  • Because exiling a card with foretell from your hand is a special action, you can do so any time you have priority during your turn, including in response to spells and abilities. Once you announce you’re taking the action, no other player can respond by trying to remove the card from your hand.
  • Casting a foretold card from exile follows the timing rules for that card. If you foretell an instant card, you can cast it as soon as the next player’s turn. In most cases, if you foretell a card that isn’t an instant (or doesn’t have flash), you’ll have to wait until your next turn to cast it.
  • If you’re casting a foretold card from exile for its foretell cost, you can’t choose to cast it for any other alternative costs. You can, however, pay additional costs, such as kicker costs. If the card has any mandatory additional costs, those must be paid to cast the spell.
  • It doesn’t matter if the cards that represented those creatures are still in the graveyard as Rise of the Dread Marn resolves. They’ll still count as long as they died that turn.
  • The number of nontoken creatures that died that turn is counted as Rise of the Dread Marn is resolving. In other words, nontoken creatures that die in response to Rise of the Dread Marn will count.
