Equivalent cards to “Gempalm Sorcerer” (Blue, cycling, tribal instant/sorcery) in blue:
1. “Gempalm Strider” – Green, but the blue equivalent in Onslaught is “Gempalm Incinerator” (red) and “Gempalm Polluter” (black); no direct blue tribal cycling instant other than “Gempalm Sorcerer” itself.
2. “Vedalken AEthermage” – Blue, has wizardcycling, tutors for Wizards; not exactly the same, but it fits blue tribal cycling.
3. “Aven Riftwatcher” – Blue bird with related tribal utility, but not cycling.

Reason: There is not a true direct equivalent in blue with cycling and tribal effect except “Gempalm Sorcerer”; “Vedalken AEthermage” is the next closest in blue due to wizardcycling.
