Equivalent cards to Ghost Vacuum (artifact, colorless, graveyard exile and reanimation) include:
1. Nihil Spellbomb – Exiles all graveyards for {B} with a card draw, but no reanimation.
2. Soul-Guide Lantern – Exiles target card or all graveyards, can draw a card, no reanimation.
3. Scrabbling Claws – {T}: Exile a card from a graveyard, draw card on death, no reanimation.
4. Relic of Progenitus – Exiles cards and whole graveyards, can draw, but never reanimates.
5. Portal to Phyrexia – Resurrects opponent’s creatures each upkeep for you, powerful, but much more expensive.
Reason: No artifact exactly like Ghost Vacuum exists, but these all colorlessly exile graveyards or interact with graveyards. None of them bring back cards with flying counters as 1/1 Spirits. Ghost Vacuum is unique for that effect.
