Equivalent cards to “Haste Magic” (I assume you mean cards that grant or have haste) in Red are:
- “Fervor” (enchantment, gives all your creatures haste)
- “Hammer of Purphoros” (enchantment, gives all your creatures haste)
- “Rhythm of the Wild” (enchantment, Gruul colors, can give haste or +1/+1 counters)
- “Lightning Greaves” (equipment, colorless, gives haste and shroud)
All these give haste to your creatures, mostly in red.
