“Jade Guardian” and “Mossbridge Troll” are green creatures with high toughness and some form of hexproof/protection or regeneration, similar to “Hunted Troll”’s durability. However, “Hunted Troll” is unique in giving opponents creatures as a drawback. There aren’t many direct green equivalents with the exact same drawback.
