"Find me cards equivalent to: Involuntary Cooldown"

Cards equivalent to Involuntary Cooldown (blue sorceries that tap and restrict untapping):
1. Sleep — Tap all creatures target player controls. Those creatures don’t untap during that player’s next untap step.
2. Chillbringer (not a sorcery, but has a similar ETB effect for reference).
3. Sweep Away (blue instant, puts tapped creature on top of library, disrupts for a turn).
4. Captivating Glance (enchantment, repeated tap/freeze effects).
5. Slumbering Draught (forces creatures to stay tapped, but not a sorcery).

Closest match is Sleep, for tapping multiple creatures and delaying their untap. All listed cards are blue.

    Rules

  • Captivating Glance may cause a player to gain control of a creature they already control. This layers a new control effect on that creature, but doing so rarely has any visible effect.
  • Captivating Glance's control-change effect continues to apply even if Captivating Glance leaves the battlefield.
  • Captivating Glance's controller never changes as a result of this card.
  • If you win the clash, you gain control of the enchanted creature. If you don't win the clash, the other player gains control of the enchanted creature (even if that player didn't win the clash either).
  • The ability triggers at the end of Captivating Glance's controller's turn. "You" refers to the controller of Captivating Glance, not the controller of the enchanted creature.
  • The opponent you clash with doesn't have to be the controller of the enchanted creature.

Enchant creature At the beginning of your end step, clash with an opponent. If you win, gain control of enchanted creature. Otherwise, that player gains control of enchanted creature. (Each clashing player reveals the top card of their library, then puts that card on their choice of the top or bottom. A player wins if their card had a greater mana value.)

    Rules

  • Abilities that trigger when a permanent "becomes untapped" won't trigger if a stun counter is removed instead.
  • If a permanent has more than one stun counter on it, only one will be removed each time it would become untapped.
  • If a tapped permanent with a stun counter on it would become untapped, a stun counter will be removed from it instead. This is a replacement effect.
  • If untapping a permanent is part of a cost (such as that of Halo Fountain's first ability), you may pay that cost by "untapping" a tapped permanent with a stun counter on it. The stun counter will be removed and the creature will remain tapped. However, the cost will still be paid.
  • On the other hand, if untapping multiple permanents is part of a cost (such as that of Halo Fountain's last two abilities), you can't "untap" the same permanent more than once to pay that cost.
  • Stun counters are not keyword counters, and they don't cause the permanents they're on to gain any abilities. They won't be affected by effects that cause permanents to lose all abilities.
  • Stun counters exist independently of the effects that created them. If a permanent has no stun counters on it, it will untap as normal.
  • Stun counters replace untapping for any reason, including players untapping tapped permanents during their untap steps.
