"Find me cards equivalent to: Jalira, Master Polymorphist"

Equivalent cards to Jalira, Master Polymorphist in blue are:

  • Polymorph — {3}{U}, Sorcery, similar effect by sacrificing a creature to put a random creature from your deck onto the battlefield.
  • Mass Polymorph — {5}{U}{U}, Sorcery, exiles creatures you control and puts that many random creatures from your deck onto the battlefield.
  • Proteus Staff — {2}, Artifact, {2}, {T}: Puts target creature on bottom of library, reveals cards until a creature is revealed, and puts that onto the battlefield.

  • If your library has no nonlegendary creature cards in it, you'll reveal all the cards in your library, then put them in a random order. Although this is not technically shuffling your library, no player is allowed to know the order of those cards and you will randomize the cards in your deck.

  • All creatures you put onto the battlefield with Mass Polymorph enter at the same time.
  • Any abilities that trigger during the resolution of Mass Polymorph (such as a creature's "enters" ability) will wait to be put onto the stack until Mass Polymorph finishes resolving. The player whose turn it is will put all of their triggered abilities on the stack in any order, then each other player in turn order will do the same. (The last ability put on the stack will be the first one that resolves.)
  • If the number of creatures you exile is greater than the number of creature cards remaining in your library, you'll wind up revealing your entire library, putting all creature cards revealed that way onto the battlefield, then shuffling your library.
  • The creatures you exile with Mass Polymorph remain exiled for the rest of the game.

  • If there are no creatures in the player’s library, then the target creature is still destroyed, you see all the cards in that player’s library, and then they shuffle and continue play.
  • A “creature card” is any card with the type creature, even if it has other types such as artifact, enchantment, or land. Older cards of type summon are also creature cards.
  • If the targeted creature is an illegal target by the time Polymorph would resolve, the entire spell doesn’t resolve. Nothing else happens.
  • If there are no creature cards in the player’s library, all the cards in that library are revealed, then the library is shuffled. (The targeted creature remains destroyed.)
  • If the targeted creature has indestructible, it’s still a legal target — it just isn’t destroyed. The rest of Polymorph’s effect happens as normal.
