AI 🤖 Find me cards equivalent to: Mysterious Limousine

Equivalent cards to Mysterious Limousine (white, vehicle, exile/return creature effects):

  • Skysovereign, Consul Flagship (damage on ETB/attack, not exile, still a staple white vehicle)
  • Protean Thaumaturge (not a vehicle, but swaps creatures)
  • Banisher Priest (white, exiles creatures until it leaves the battlefield)
  • Apparition (white, exiles on ETB, like Skyclave Apparition)
  • Fairgrounds Warden (white, exiles another creature until it leaves)

Reason: These cards have white colored, exile/return effects or are impactful white vehicles. None are strictly equal, but fill a similar mechanical role.

  • Auras attached to the exiled permanent will be put into their owners' graveyards. Any Equipment will become unattached and remain on the battlefield. Any counters on the exiled permanent will cease to exist. When the card returns to the battlefield, it will be a new object with no connection to the card that was exiled.
  • If Banisher Priest leaves the battlefield before its triggered ability resolves, the target permanent won't be exiled.
  • If a token is exiled this way, it will cease to exist and won't return to the battlefield.
  • If an Aura is exiled this way, its owner chooses what it will enchant as it returns to the battlefield. An Aura put onto the battlefield this way doesn't target anything (so it could be attached to a permanent with shroud, for example), but the Aura's enchant ability restricts what it can be attached to. If the Aura can't legally be attached to anything, it remains in exile for the rest of the game.

  • If Fairgrounds Warden leaves the battlefield before its triggered ability resolves, the target creature won't be exiled.
  • If a creature token is exiled this way, it will cease to exist and won't return to the battlefield.
  • In a multiplayer game, if Fairgrounds Warden's owner leaves the game, the exiled card will return to the battlefield. Because the one-shot effect that returns the card isn't an ability that goes on the stack, it won't cease to exist along with the leaving player's spells and abilities on the stack.
  • The exiled card returns to the battlefield immediately after Fairgrounds Warden leaves the battlefield. Nothing happens between the two events, including state-based actions.

    Abilities/Keywords

    Rules

  • A constellation ability triggers whenever an enchantment enters the battlefield under your control for any reason. Enchantments with other card types, such as enchantment creatures, will also cause constellation abilities to trigger.
  • An Aura spell that has an illegal target when it tries to resolve doesn’t resolve and is instead put into its owner’s graveyard. It doesn’t enter the battlefield, so constellation abilities don’t trigger.
  • If Protean Thaumaturge copies a creature that’s copying something else, it will become whatever the target is copying.
  • If an effect begins to apply to Protean Thaumaturge before it becomes a copy of another creature, that effect will continue to apply.
  • If an enchantment creature enters the battlefield under your control, Protean Thaumaturge’s ability can target it.
  • If something becomes a copy of Protean Thaumaturge, it also has the constellation ability.
  • Protean Thaumaturge copies the printed values of the target creature, plus any copy effects that have been applied to it. It won’t copy counters on that creature or effects that have changed its power, toughness, types, color, or so on. Notably, it won’t copy effects that made the target creature become a creature.
  • Protean Thaumaturge’s ability causes it to become a copy indefinitely. It doesn’t expire during the cleanup step or if the target creature leaves the battlefield after the ability has resolved.

    Rules

  • If Skyclave Apparition leaves the battlefield before its first ability resolves, the ability still exiles the target permanent.
  • If Skyclave Apparition's first ability exiled more than one card owned by a single player, that player creates a token with power and toughness equal to the sum of those cards' mana values. If the first ability exiled cards owned by more than one player, each of those players creates a token with power and toughness equal to the sum of the mana values of all cards exiled by the first ability.
  • If a creature on the battlefield has {X} in its mana cost, X is considered to be 0.
  • If there's no exiled card when Skyclave Apparition leaves the battlefield (most likely because its first ability hasn't resolved yet), no player creates a token.

When this creature enters, exile up to one target nonland, nontoken permanent you don't control with mana value 4 or less. When this creature leaves the battlefield, the exiled card's owner creates an X/X blue Illusion creature token, where X is the mana value of the exiled card.

    Abilities/Keywords

    Crew Flying

    Rules

  • Any untapped creature you control can be tapped to pay a crew cost, even one that just came under your control.
  • Creatures that crew a Vehicle aren't attached to it or related in any other way. Effects that affect the Vehicle, such as by destroying it or giving it a +1/+1 counter, don't affect the creatures that crewed it.
  • Each Vehicle is printed with a power and toughness, but it's not a creature. If it becomes a creature (most likely through its crew ability), it will have that power and toughness.
  • For a Vehicle to be able to attack, it must be a creature as the declare attackers step begins, so the latest you can activate its crew ability to attack with it is during the beginning of combat step. For a Vehicle to be able to block, it must be a creature as the declare blockers step begins, so the latest you can activate its crew ability to block with it is during the declare attackers step. In either case, players may take actions after the crew ability resolves but before the Vehicle has been declared as an attacking or blocking creature.
  • If a permanent becomes a copy of a Vehicle, the copy won't be a creature, even if the Vehicle it's copying has become an artifact creature.
  • If an effect causes a Vehicle to become an artifact creature with a specified power and toughness, that effect overwrites the Vehicle's printed power and toughness.
  • Once a Vehicle becomes a creature, it behaves exactly like any other artifact creature. It can't attack unless you've controlled it continuously since your turn began, it can block if it's untapped, it can be tapped to pay a Vehicle's crew cost, and so on.
  • Once a player announces that they are activating a crew ability, no player may take other actions until the ability has been paid for. Notably, players can't try to stop the ability by changing a creature's power or by removing or tapping a creature.
  • Vehicle is an artifact type, not a creature type. A Vehicle that's crewed won't normally have any creature type.
  • When a Vehicle becomes a creature, that doesn't count as having a creature enter the battlefield. The permanent was already on the battlefield; it only changed its types. Abilities that trigger whenever a creature enters the battlefield won't trigger.
  • You may activate a crew ability of a Vehicle even if it's already an artifact creature. Doing so has no effect on the Vehicle. It doesn't change its power and toughness.
  • You may tap more creatures than necessary to activate a crew ability.
