"Find me cards equivalent to: New Generation's Technique"

Equivalent cards to New Generation's Technique:
1. Cultivate

  • Searches for two basic lands, but one goes to hand and one to battlefield tapped.
    2. Kodama's Reach
  • Same as Cultivate.
    3. Explosive Vegetation
  • Puts two basic lands onto the battlefield tapped.
    4. Nissa's Pilgrimage
  • Puts one to battlefield, one to hand (more if you have spell mastery).

All are green sorceries that ramp basic lands. New Generation's Technique adds the Sneak mechanic, which is unique.

    Abilities/Keywords

    Sneak

    Rules

  • Although a creature put onto the battlefield this way is attacking, it was never declared as an attacking creature. Abilities that trigger whenever a creature attacks won't trigger when that creature enters attacking.
  • If a creature spell's sneak cost was paid, the creature it becomes enters tapped and attacking the same player, planeswalker, or battle as the creature that was returned to its owner's hand to pay its sneak cost. This is a rule specific to sneak; in other cases, when a creature is put onto the battlefield attacking, that creature's controller chooses which player, planeswalker, or battle it's attacking.
  • Spells can only be cast for their sneak costs any time you could play an instant during the declare blockers step on your turn (after your opponent has decided whether to block).

    Abilities/Keywords

    Rules

  • Check to see if there are two or more instant and/or sorcery cards in your graveyard as the spell resolves to determine whether the spell mastery ability applies. The spell itself won’t count because it’s still on the stack as you make this check.
  • If the spell mastery ability applies, and you find three basic Forest cards, one of them will be put onto the battlefield tapped and two of them will be put into your hand.
  • If you only find one basic Forest card, you’ll put it onto the battlefield tapped. You won’t be able to put it into your hand, even if you want to.
