  • Experimental Frenzy lets you look at the top card of your library whenever you want (with one restriction—see below), even if you don’t have priority. This action doesn’t use the stack. Knowing what that card is becomes part of the information you have access to, just like you can look at the cards in your hand.
  • If the top card of your library changes while you’re casting a spell, playing a land, or activating an ability, you can’t look at the new top card until you finish doing so. This means that if you cast the top card of your library, you can’t look at the next one until you’re done paying for that spell.
  • You can play a land card on top of your library only if you have available land plays remaining.
  • You can’t cast spells or play lands from your hand, but you may take other actions with those cards (such as discarding them to activate their cycling or bloodrush abilities).
  • You must follow the normal timing permissions and restrictions of the cards you play from your library.
  • You’ll still pay all costs for a spell you cast from your library, including additional costs. You may also pay alternative costs.

  • If the top card of your library changes while you're casting a spell, playing a land, or activating an ability (most likely because that top card is the card you're playing), the new top card won't be revealed until you finish doing so.
  • If the top card of your library is a land, you may play that land only if you have any available land plays.
  • The top card of your library isn't in your hand, so you can't suspend it, cycle it, or activate any of its abilities.
  • You must follow the normal timing permissions and restrictions for the top card of your library and pay its costs. If the card has alternative or additional costs, you may pay those. If the card has any mandatory additional costs, you must pay those.

  • If the top card of your library changes while you're casting a spell, playing a land, or activating an ability, you don't reveal the new top card until you finish doing so. This means that if you cast the top card of your library, you can't look at the next one until you're done paying for that spell; and if you play a land from the top of your library, you can't look at the next card until you're done handling any replacement effects that modify how that land enters the battlefield (such as that of Vesuva).
  • Magus of the Future doesn't change when you can play lands. You can do so only during your main phase when you have priority and the stack is empty.
  • Playing a land from the top of your library counts as your land play for the turn. Once you play a land during your turn, you won't be able to play an additional land from the top of your library unless another effect (such as that of Azusa, Lost but Seeking) allows you to.
  • The top card of your library is still in your library and not in your hand. You can't discard or suspend cards from the top of your library, for example.
  • You must follow the normal timing permissions and restrictions of the spells you cast from your library.
  • You still pay all costs for a spell you cast from your library, including additional costs. You may also pay alternative costs.

  • If a spell has {X} in its mana cost, you must choose 0 as the value of X when casting it without paying its mana cost.
  • If you cast a spell "without paying its mana cost," you can't choose to cast it for any alternative costs. You can, however, pay additional costs, such as kicker costs. If the card has any mandatory additional costs, such as that of Tormenting Voice, those must be paid to cast the spell.
  • Once you cast Omniscience, if it's your turn, you'll have priority immediately after it resolves. You can cast another spell before any player can attempt to remove Omniscience with spells or abilities.
  • You must follow the normal timing permissions and restrictions of each spell you cast.

  • If One with the Multiverse leaves the battlefield and later returns to the battlefield (or you play a second one), it's considered a new object and you may cast a spell using its last ability regardless of whether or not you did so earlier this turn using the enchantment that was on the battlefield before.
  • Similarly, if you control more than one One with the Multiverse (Two with the Multiverse, if you will), each one's last ability applies independently, and you may cast a spell without paying its mana cost once for each of them during each of your turns. In this case, you will need to track which enchantment's permission you are using to cast a spell this way (due to the possibility that one of them might leave the battlefield before you use its permission that turn).
  • While casting a card with the prototype ability using the last ability of One with the Multiverse, you can either choose to cast it normally or choose to cast it as a prototyped spell. In either case, you won't pay its mana cost.
  • While casting a spell without paying its mana cost using the last ability, you can't pay alternative costs, but you may choose to pay any optional additional costs the spell may have (such as a kicker cost). You still must pay any mandatory additional costs.
  • You must follow all normal timing rules for spells cast and lands played using the middle ability and must pay all costs for spells cast this way. To cast a spell this way, you may choose to pay any alternative costs or optional additional costs the spell may have (such as a kicker cost). You must pay any mandatory additional costs.
