"Find me cards equivalent to: Out of the Tombs"

Equivalent cards to Out of the Tombs (Black, Enchantment, self-mill, graveyard recursion or win condition):
1. Necromantic Selection (Black, returns creatures from graveyard—though not directly as a draw replacement or as an enchantment)
2. Empty the Pits (Black, uses graveyard for value)
3. Necromancy (Black, enchantment, reanimates creatures from graveyard)
4. Endless Ranks of the Dead (Black, enchantment, synergizes with graveyard/filling board)
5. Desecrated Tomb (Black, supports graveyard play)

None are exact, but all are Black enchantments with graveyard focus. Out of the Tombs is unique for its self-mill and draw-replacement effect.

    Delve

    Rules

  • Because delve isn't an alternative cost, it can be used in conjunction with alternative costs, such as flashback. It can also be used to pay for additional costs that include generic mana.
  • Delve doesn't change a spell's mana cost or mana value. For example, Treasure Cruise's mana value is 8 even if you exiled three cards to cast it.
  • You can exile cards to pay only for generic mana, and you can't exile more cards than the generic mana requirement of a spell with delve. For example, you can't exile more than seven cards from your graveyard to cast Treasure Cruise unless an effect has increased its cost.

    Rules

  • The bringing of the creature onto the battlefield and then putting Necromancy on it is all done as part of the resolution.
  • When putting a card onto the battlefield that requires a definition for its value or some other choice, you do what is needed to define the value or make the choice.
  • Necromancy enters as an enchantment and then becomes an Enchant Creature Aura as a triggered ability upon entering. It follows all the rules for Auras from then on.
  • If the creature card put onto the battlefield has protection from black (or anything that prevents this from legally being attached), this won't be able to attach to it. Then this will go to the graveyard as a state-based action, causing the creature to be sacrificed.
  • The sacrifice occurs only if you cast it using its own ability. If you cast it using some other effect (for example, if another effect allowed you to cast it as though it had flash), then it won't be sacrificed.

You may cast this spell as though it had flash. If you cast it any time a sorcery couldn't have been cast, the controller of the permanent it becomes sacrifices it at the beginning of the next cleanup step. When this enchantment enters, if it's on the battlefield, it becomes an Aura with "enchant creature put onto the battlefield with Necromancy." Put target creature card from a graveyard onto the battlefield under your control and attach this enchantment to it. When this enchantment leaves the battlefield, that creature's controller sacrifices it.

At the beginning of your upkeep, put two eon counters on this enchantment, thenmillcards equal to the number of eon counters on it. If you would draw a card while your library has no cards in it, instead return a creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield. If you can't, you lose the game.
