  • If an Aura can be returned to the battlefield with Open the Vaults, it must be, even if its owner doesn't like what it would enchant.
  • If an Aura is put onto the battlefield without being cast, the Aura's controller-to-be chooses what it will enchant as it enters the battlefield. An Aura put onto the battlefield this way doesn't target anything (so it could be attached to an opponent's permanent with hexproof, for example), but the Aura's enchant ability restricts what it can be attached to. If the Aura can't legally be attached to anything, it remains in its current zone.
  • If multiple players have Auras in their graveyards, the player whose turn it is announces what their Auras will enchant, then each other player in turn order does the same, then all artifacts and enchantments (including both Auras and non-Auras) enter the battlefield at the same time.

  • It determines what enchantments to return when its resolution starts. If more enchantments go to the graveyard during the resolution, those additional enchantments are ignored.
  • Auras can only be placed on permanents that were on the battlefield before this effect started to resolve. You can't put an enchantment onto the battlefield with Replenish and put an Aura that is also entering onto one of those enchantments.
  • You must return Auras if possible, even if this means enchanting an opponent's permanent with a good enchantment.

  • All the Auras return to the battlefield simultaneously. Whether an Aura can be attached to a creature is checked before any of them are returned and doesn't take into account any simultaneously returning Auras. For example, if Tattoo Ward (which gives enchanted creature protection from enchantments) and Holy Strength are in your graveyard and there's only one creature on the battlefield, both Auras are returned to the battlefield attached to that creature, then Holy Strength is put into your graveyard the next time state-based actions are checked.
  • Auras don't need to say "enchant creature" to return to the battlefield. For example, an Aura with "enchant land" will return to the battlefield if there's an animated land for it to enchant.
