Saw in Half is a black instant that destroys a creature, then reanimates two copies of it with half power. Equivalent (black, instant, creature copy/destruction) cards include:

• Deadly Rollick (Exiles a creature, instant)
• Malakir Rebirth (Instant, causes a rebirth effect)
• Necromancy (Reanimates a creature, but not instant speed)
• Ghastly Demise (Cheap black instant creature removal)

None create copies in quite the same way, but these have removal or reanimation in black at instant speed.
