"Find me cards equivalent to: Shifting Sky"

Shifting Sky has a unique effect, but here are similar blue enchantments that alter colors:
1. Crystal Spray (Instant, not Enchantment, but changes color of a permanent)
2. Mind Bend (Instant, also changes color word)
3. Painter's Servant (Artifact, not Enchantment, but makes all cards the chosen color)

There is no exact blue enchantment equivalent to Shifting Sky with the same effect. Shifting Sky is the closest.
Reason: Color-changing effects are rare in blue enchantments, especially affecting all nonlands.

  • Alters all occurrences of the chosen word in the text box and the type line of the given card.
  • Can target a card with no appropriate words on it, or even one with no words at all.
  • Changing the text of a spell will not allow you to change the targets of the spell because the targets were chosen when the spell was cast. The text change will (probably) cause it to be countered since the targets will be illegal.
  • If you change the text of a spell which is to become a permanent, the permanent will retain the text change until the effect wears off.
  • It can be used to change a land’s type from one basic land type to another. For example, Forest can be changed to Island so it produces blue mana. It doesn’t change the name of any permanent.
  • It can’t change a word to the same word. It must be a different word.
  • It only changes what is printed on the card (or set on a token when it was created or set by a copy effect). It will not change any effects that are on the permanent.
  • You can’t change proper nouns (i.e. card names) such as “Island Fish Jasconius”.
  • You choose the words to change on resolution.

  • Each card becomes a new object as it changes zones, so this effect will apply to it from scratch in the new zone. However, replacement effects that care about the color of permanents entering the battlefield (like "[color] permanents enter tapped") will apply to permanents entering if that color was chosen for Painter's Servant because Painter's Servant's effect applies simultaneously with those permanents entering the battlefield. Zone-change triggered abilities that care about the new color (like "whenever a [color] permanent enters" or "whenever you cast a [color] spell") will also work.
  • If something affected by Painter's Servant is normally colorless, it will simply be the new color. It won't be both the new color and colorless.
  • The effects of multiple Painter's Servants are cumulative.
  • This ability affects every card in every game zone, all tokens on the battlefield, and all spell copies on the stack, regardless of who controls or owns them.
  • This ability doesn't overwrite any previous colors. Rather, it adds another color.
  • While Painter's Servant is on the battlefield, an effect that changes an object's colors will overwrite Painter's Servant's effect. For example, casting Cerulean Wisps on a creature will turn it blue, regardless of the color chosen for Painter's Servant.
