Equivalent cards to Urza's Ruinous Blast (white, board wipe, exile, focus on legendary):
1. Farewell — Exiles all artifacts, creatures, enchantments, and graveyards of your choice.
2. Settle the Wreckage — Exiles all attacking creatures target player controls.
3. Winds of Abandon — Exiles all creatures you don't control if overloaded.
4. Merciless Eviction — Exiles all artifacts, creatures, enchantments, or planeswalkers (choose one).
5. Urza's Ruinous Blast — Exile all nonland, non-legendary permanents.

Reason: No other card is exactly a Legendary Sorcery or matches the legend-matters clause; these are the closest white exile sweepers.

  • Settle the Wreckage targets only the player. Creatures with hexproof that player controls will be exiled as this spell resolves.
  • That player can find fewer basic land cards than the number of exiled creatures, whether because they want to or because they don't have that many basic land cards left.
  • The number of lands that player may find is the number of attacking creatures that were exiled, even if some of those creatures were tokens, weren't creature cards, or didn't end up in exile (most likely because one was that player's commander in the Commander variant).

    Rules

  • Other than the casting restriction, the legendary supertype on a sorcery carries no additional rules. You may cast any number of legendary sorceries in a turn, and your deck may contain any number of legendary cards (but no more than four of any with the same name).
  • You can't cast a legendary sorcery unless you control a legendary creature or a legendary planeswalker. Once you begin to cast a legendary sorcery, losing control of your legendary creatures and planeswalkers won't affect that spell.

    Abilities/Keywords

    Overload

    Rules

  • If a creature is exiled but ends up in another zone, it's still a "creature exiled this way" for Winds of Abandon.
  • Because a spell with overload doesn't target when its overload cost is paid, it may affect permanents with hexproof or with protection from the appropriate color.
  • If you are instructed to cast a spell with overload "without paying its mana cost," you can't choose to pay its overload cost instead.
  • If you don't pay the overload cost of a spell with overload, that spell will have a single target. If you pay the overload cost, the spell won't have any targets.
  • To determine the total cost of a spell, start with the mana cost or alternative cost you're paying (such as an overload cost), add any cost increases, then apply any cost reductions. The mana value of the spell remains unchanged, no matter what the total cost to cast it was.
