"Find me cards equivalent to: Visions of Dominance"

Equivalent cards (matching green, sorcery, and +1/+1 counter synergy):

  • Visions of Dominance (your card, included as requested)
  • Blessings of Nature: Puts four +1/+1 counters, has miracle for G.
  • Biogenic Upgrade: Distributes 3 +1/+1 counters among one or more creatures, then doubles the number of counters.
  • Solidarity of Heroes: Instant, not sorcery, but doubles +1/+1 counters on target creature for {1}{G} (closest effect).

Reason: All cards are green and heavily interact with +1/+1 counters similarly to Visions of Dominance. Solidarity of Heroes is instant but functionally close. No exact sorcery with flashback except your card.

    Rules

  • If some of the creatures are illegal targets as Biogenic Upgrade tries to resolve, the original distribution of counters still applies and the counters that would have been put on the illegal targets are lost. They won't be put instead on a legal target.
  • To double the number of +1/+1 counters on a permanent, put a number of +1/+1 counters on it equal to the number it already has. Other cards that interact with putting counters on it will interact with this effect accordingly.
  • You choose how many targets Biogenic Upgrade has and how the counters are distributed as you cast it. Each target must receive at least one counter. This means, for example, that you can't target three creatures and assign them two, one, and zero counters.

    Abilities/Keywords

    Rules

  • If a spell or ability allows you to cast a strive spell without paying its mana cost, you must pay the additional costs for any targets beyond the first.
  • If all of the spell's targets are illegal when the spell tries to resolve, it won't resolve and none of its effects will happen. If one or more of its targets are legal when it tries to resolve, the spell will resolve and affect only those legal targets. It will have no effect on any illegal targets.
  • If such a spell is copied, and the effect that copies the spell allows a player to choose new targets for the copy, the number of targets can't be changed. The player may change any number of the targets, including all of them or none of them. If, for one of the targets, the player can't choose a new legal target, then it remains unchanged (even if the current target is illegal).
  • Solidarity of Heroes can target any creatures, not just ones with +1/+1 counters on them. Notably, heroic abilities of any target creatures that put +1/+1 counters on that creature will resolve before Solidarity of Heroes.
  • The mana cost and mana value of strive spells don't change no matter how many targets they have. Strive abilities affect only what you pay.
  • You choose how many targets each spell with a strive ability has and what those targets are as you cast it. It's legal to cast such a spell with no targets, although this is rarely a good idea. You can't choose the same target more than once for a single strive spell.

    Flashback

    Rules

  • A spell cast using flashback will always be exiled afterward, whether it resolves, is countered, or leaves the stack in some other way.
  • If a card with flashback is put into your graveyard during your turn, you can cast it if it's legal to do so before any other player can take any actions.
  • If your commander is under the control of another player as you cast Visions of Dominance using its flashback ability, that commander's mana value can be used to determine the value of X.
  • The cost-reduction effect that applies if you cast Visions of Dominance using flashback applies only to the generic portion of the cost to cast it, although it can apply to any additional costs there may be to cast the spell. It can't reduce any colored mana required to cast the spell.
  • To determine the total cost of a spell, start with the mana cost or alternative cost (such as a flashback cost) you're paying, add any cost increases, then apply any cost reductions. The mana value of the spell is determined only by its mana cost, no matter what the total cost to cast the spell was.
  • To double the number of +1/+1 counters on a permanent, put a number of +1/+1 counters on it equal to the number it already has. Other cards that interact with putting counters on it will interact with this effect accordingly.
  • You can cast a spell using flashback even if it was somehow put into your graveyard without having been cast.
  • You must still follow any timing restrictions and permissions, including those based on the card's type. For instance, you can cast a sorcery using flashback only when you could normally cast a sorcery.
  • “Flashback [cost]” means “You may cast this card from your graveyard by paying [cost] rather than paying its mana cost” and “If the flashback cost was paid, exile this card instead of putting it anywhere else any time it would leave the stack.”

Put a +1/+1counteron target creature, then double the number of +1/+1 counters on it. Flashback . This spell costs less to cast this way, where X is the greatest mana value of a commander you own on the battlefield or in the command zone. (You may cast this card from your graveyard for its flashback cost. Then exile it.)
