"Find me cards equivalent to: Primal Amulet"

Equivalent colorless artifacts to Primal Amulet with similar cost reduction for instants/sorceries or charge counter + transformation effects:
1. Primal Amulet (Original)
2. Helm of Awakening — All spells cost {1} less (not just yours).
3. Stone Calendar — Your spells cost {1} less (all types).
4. Cloud Key — Choose Instant or Sorcery on ETB; spells of that type cost {1} less.
5. Baral's Sphere — Similar text (unreleased/unofficial).

Reason: All are colorless artifacts that reduce the cost of instants/sorceries or use counters for transformative effects. None do both and transform like Primal Amulet, but Cloud Key and Helm of Awakening are closest in cost reduction.

    Rules

  • The cost reduction applies only to generic mana in the cost of spells of the chosen type you cast.
  • To determine the total cost of a spell, start with the mana cost or alternative cost you're paying (such as a flashback cost), add any cost increases (such as kicker costs), then apply any cost reductions (such as that of Cloud Key's ability). The mana value of the spell is determined by only its mana cost, no matter what the total cost to cast that spell was.

    Rules

  • Can never affect the colored part of the cost.
  • If this card is sacrificed to pay part of a spell's cost, the cost reduction still applies.
  • The effect is cumulative.
  • The generic X cost is still considered generic even if there is a requirement that a specific color be used for it. For example, “only black mana can be spent this way”. This distinction is important for effects which reduce the generic portion of a spell's cost.
  • The lower cost is not optional like with some other cost reducers.
  • This can lower the cost to zero, but not below zero.
